Comfortable and clean hostel 5 minutes from the plaza de armas..but a steep walk uphill which is difficult the first few times ! Laundry service available except on Sundays.. Comfortable beds clean and spacious bathrooms with good hot water showers.. Friendly and helpful staff ! Nice view from the dining area/TV room..

For our three months travel in South America we have used Booking.com to book our accommodation without any troubles, until we stayed here. We booked our 3 nights accommodation in a double room with shared bathroom, email confirmation, done deal. When we got to the Walkon Inn we were checked in to a multiple occupant bunk/ shared room. Immediately we... More

Location was good, near the best areas to eat and drink in Cusco, but slightly uphill from the plaza. Good price for a private room with shared bathroom and a great view of the city. The room was warm as was the shower. Simple breakfast of bread and jam. There is a kitchen but it can only be used in... More

A cozy gem in Cusco! Very warm, welcoming, friendly & helpful staff & managers. I felt comfortable and at home right away as I had just flew in. Free breakfast. Free use of the kitchen. Good wifi. Hot water and hot tea available 24/7. Great location and views. I had a private room and love it! I enjoyed it so... More

We ended up staying here for 6 nights because we liked it so much. The staff were really friendly and helped us out with great food recommendations and anything else we needed. I even left a jacket behind and they were willing to do whatever it took to get it back to me, going to the post office and getting... More

We stayed here for two nights. Looked nice at first. But the curtains are thin and a lot of street noise came into the room at night. Also with it being up a huge hill it can be inconvenient if you are not used to the altitude. When we got back from our first day out we noticed our bags... More

We initially book for 2 nights, but decided to return after a trip for a further 2. Great location, just far enough away from the main square, but walkable. Great views, nice breakfast, friendly staff & well stocked communal kitchen. An easy recommendation for any traveller!

This hostel is really cute with stone floors and a fireplace in the lounge room. The private rooms have a great view over the city and the upstairs breakfast room is cosy. The hostel is located at the top of a steep hill which is hard to climb when you aren't used to the elevation, but the place is secure,... More

Positives- multiple bathrooms which are kept well stocked and cleaned throughout the day, always have hot showers with good pressure (just what you want after a hike), staff speak english and are lovely and helpful especially the evening staff, large double rooms, close to central plaza (but up a big hill). Cons- rooms facing the street are very noisy even... More

Do not stay here. We stayed in 3 different rooms to try and get away from the street noise. Cusco is a beautiful and lively place with fireworks going off at all hours, but this hotel is on the corner of three streets and a high school. One of the streets is on the main road out of town and... More
