We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel, the Customer Service was ok but not great. Breakfast was the best thing that the Hotel offered. The location was good. Rooms were not that good and one of the rooms only had cold water (outside temperature was 8 degrees).

I loved this place. Comfortable and well priced. Room: Clean, spacious, comfortable. Clean bathroom, plenty of hot water (let it run for a bit before it turns hot). Location: Centrally located, close to EVERYTHING you need. Staff: Extremely helpful and friendly. Cant say enough good things about the staff. Breakfast: quite plentiful and delicious! There was variety and everything was... More

I've been to Cuzco multiple times as I run personalized tours to Machu Picchu. When I arrived in August, my "go to" hotel had closed for good without notifying me. Needless to say we had to find something and quick. I walked towards the plaza and came across Amerinka Boutique Hostel. I walked in and was blown away by the... More

My husband and I traveled with 2 other adults from California (US) late November 2013 and stayed at AmerInka for 3 total nights through a Living Social 12 day Peru/Amazon deal through Kaypi Tours. Kaypi selected this hotel. Based on our stay, I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Pros -Clean -Felt safe -Convenient location -Close walk... More

This is a nice place to stay in Cusco. The staff are friendly and it is a very central location in the middle of bustling streets. The breakfasts were delicious and teh staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a big dining room and also many traditional 'colonial style' features.

We were greeted with enthusiasm and offered coca tea for the altitude (12,000 feet) upon check-in. This hotel is situated perfectly within a short walking distance from the main plaza (Plaza de Armas). There was always hot water, which we found to be a luxury during the remainder of our Peru trip. The breakfast was included and included a variety... More

This boutique hotel proved one of the most memorable and accommodating during our 3-night stay in Cuzco. The location and colonial architecture, and above all our view over the rooftops of the city made this my B&B my favorite of three I tried in the city. I appreciated the other very international clientele, with whom we enjoyed a delicious breakfast... More

We really liked the Amerinka. The location was terrific, right next to the Plaza de San Francisco and a block away from the Plaza de Armas. We were offered a choice of rooms and we chose the one with the little balcony that overlooks the pedestrian walkway. It was fun to go out there and listen to the street musicians.... More

The service people were very nice. The breakfast was good and provided some variety (good bread, juices, yoghurt, fruits, eggs, bacon, etc.). The room facing the street had a quaint little balcony, but was noisy. The bed was ok, and the size of the room was reasonable. Hot water was completely lacking at around 10 in the morning on our...
