I stayed here through G Adventures, like many other reviewers. I am not sure why everyone is hating on it! I thought it was a lovely hotel; consider your surroundings! Peru is not the cleanest area in the world, Cusco is interesting but I would not say it is the nicest to look at or walk around in. All that... More

We stayed at this hotel with G-adventures in the beginning of December. Its not an amazing amazing hotel but its a place to sleep, shower, eat and has free wifi. Wifi is mainly in the lobby but if you are on the second floor you will get wifi in your room. Breakfast: is a little buffet style with fruits, pasta,... More

Otherwise, it is the worst hotel in which I have stayed. Fiberboard is nailed on the walls. You can hear every conversation in the hotel. We stayed two nights with G Adventures (in different rooms each night). From both rooms, 3rd floor and 1st floor, noise kept us up most of the night. Do NOT spend your own money on... More

Stayed here as part of a G Adventures Tour. All our hotels were average (which was expected) so don't stay here (or go to Cusco in general) if you're expecting the Ritz. For Peruvian standards this hotel is fine. Rooms were clean and showers worked so that's really all that was needed. Breakfast also had a great variety compared to... More

We spent 3 nights there as part of a G adventures tour and if it hadn't been for that we would not have stayed there- our room was overlooking the street and was very noisy, the staff on reception really did not care and did as little as they could get away with and the wifi was really dodgy and... It's tough to not to judge hotel on US standards - in the US, this would be a "poor," but in Peru, I found it Average. Prisma has good location, friendly staff, included breakfast, laundry services and free Wi Fi in the lobby...but the building feels "pieced" together at times. You'll get turned around in the meandering floor layout and... More

Like most other reviewers we were here as part of a G Adventures tour. We wouldn't have picked it otherwise. At first glance, it was much better than I expected. The reception area is nice and modern but the rooms less so. There was a mistake with our booking which the receptionist couldn't (wouldn't?) rectify. We were promised this wouldn't... More

We stayed here with G adventures, and were happy as it was a lot better than the hotel we had in Lima. The rooms are good enough, but quite noisy. The breakfast was good with lots of local and exciting food. Wi-fi barely worked anywhere in the hotel. Never in the room, and just a couple of times when w... More

I stayed here with the G Adventures group in September 14. The staff was very helpful. Free WIFI in the lobby, cheap laundry service, currency exchange, very quick walk to the main square, breakfast was great, clean and comfortable, great value. Great spot for a young couple or friends.

This hotel had all the necessary amenities - restaurant, WI-FI, money exchange, all....Location was pretty safe. Very near centre. Very clean, comfortable, etc. Would recommend it to all visitors to Cusco..
