The first night i stayed here i was on ground floor, i barley slept the windows are paper thin and nicely located outside my door was a lounge area which kept me awake all night with people chatting. If you're off to do the Inca Trail the next day i would request another room on another floor. Its such a... More

We had to stay at this hotel as it was part of a tour booked with G... Pros: Simple, clean, ok location, G adventure service desk inside, good free breakfast lots of options Cons: on noisy street, not best area, rooms on street very loud when tiring to sleep, rooms on inside have no windows, hotel itself is loud as... Let me preface this review by saying that I gave it 4/5 stars because this is not a luxury hotel. However, this hotel met all of our needs and really ended up being a lifesaver for my boyfriend and me when our evening flight out of Cusco was cancelled and we were stranded. The Prisma Hotel took us in at... More

We stayed here as apart of a tour. The first night was good and room was comfortable. We were on the second floor and wifi seemed to work just right. They stored our bags for five days and it was safe. On our return we had a room on the first floor near the lobby. Unfortunately the wifi did not... More

Wi-fi was virtually non-existent in room. There is some spotty wi-fi in the lobby. Rooms were loud - SO loud. There's always one car alarm going off somewhere. Or cars honking. Or people talking outside your room. The walls are paper thin. Bring ear plugs. The front desk staff was marginally helpful but friendly. The bathroom was really tiny and... More

We stayed at the Prisma on our way to and from Machu Picchu. It's located a short walk from the plaza, has free wifi, is clean and safe. Rooms bordering the street can be a little noisy. Breakfast was included in the price of our room, and was OK - not great. For our needs, this hotel worked just fine... More

We stayed at the Prima Hotel as part of our G Adventures Inca Trail tour. We stayed for two nights in total, one prior to our hike and one upon our return. Overall the hotel is clean and amenities are adequate. The location was good, we were able to walk to most places around town. Bed was comfortable and shower... More

I stayed here through G Adventures, like many other reviewers. I am not sure why everyone is hating on it! I thought it was a lovely hotel; consider your surroundings! Peru is not the cleanest area in the world, Cusco is interesting but I would not say it is the nicest to look at or walk around in. All that... More

We stayed at this hotel with G-adventures in the beginning of December. Its not an amazing amazing hotel but its a place to sleep, shower, eat and has free wifi. Wifi is mainly in the lobby but if you are on the second floor you will get wifi in your room. Breakfast: is a little buffet style with fruits, pasta,... More

Otherwise, it is the worst hotel in which I have stayed. Fiberboard is nailed on the walls. You can hear every conversation in the hotel. We stayed two nights with G Adventures (in different rooms each night). From both rooms, 3rd floor and 1st floor, noise kept us up most of the night. Do NOT spend your own money on... More
