My husband and I were unlucky enough to stay here two separate times during the same trip. The first time we had a room overlooking the street - even with ear plugs in I couldn't sleep, it was SO LOUD. The beds were rock hard and the linens felt like they had some sort of plastic component to them. The... More

We stayed here as part of our Sta/G adventures tour and whilst we were very happy with the tour itself, the hotel was the biggest disappointment. When we arrived, the staff failed to inform us that there was a G Adventures information board, which is where G Adventures notify guests of a change in meeting time and location. This meant... Stayed here for three nights with G-Adventures. Our first room had a lovely balcony with a sweeping city view. Was lovely, however the windows made the room very drafty and cold (the small heater provided did little to warm the room). Second room was smaller with no balcony and faced an indoor corridor. This room was much warmer, although it... More

This was the third time I have stayed at the Prisma. It is a travellers hotel in Cusco Peru used by many adventure tour companies. It is a typical Peruvian hotel, very clean, excellent service, good restaurant, close to Plaza des Armes, restaurants, shopping in the heart of beautiful Cusco.

I was on my way to Machu Picchu and this was one of the hotels where I stayed arranged by Journeyou. It's a hotel that I wouldn't have chosen for myself. It's not located surrounding the Main Plaza but it is several blocks away from the Plaza. It is located right in the heart of the local community so if... More

Couldn't wait to get back to the hotel after finishing the inca tour (through g-adventures: also excellent). Showers were amazingly hot Spacious, comfy rooms Friendly, helpful staff Great breakfast and all day food Great location Prisma- Would be even better if there was a kettle and hairdryer in the room.

Stayed here as part of our Inca trail tour with G adventure. Friendly staff and a decent(ish) breakfast are highlights. Noisy at night and cold. Staff forgot to inform us of our briefing for the trail which we missed. Ask on arrival about this. Wifi isn't great in the rooms. Has a decent location for proximity to main square. Probably... Hotel Prisma is located a short walk from the main square. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. There is good wifi and the included breakfast is very basic, but will fill you up. You can pay a small amount and they will cook eggs for you. There is a some traffic noise, but... More

A clean and comfortable property with helpful staff and clean rooms in the heart of Cusco. The breakfast was ample with some Peruvian selections and continental fare. Some of the rooms do not have windows to the outside, instead they look out onto a hallway or inner courtyard which was a good or bad thing. We stayed here twice and... More

Prisma hotel has a good location in Cusco. However it's very noisy and as such, sleeping is difficult. The walls are paper thin and it's like sleeping in the middle of the street. The wifi is good, which is always nice, and the free breakfast is enjoyable as well. Be aware that there's a cost for eggs at breakfast, which... More
