Prisma Hotel in Cusco is a nice hotel with clean facilities and friendly staff. A flat-screen TV with cable is provided in the room. The hotel also has wifi that is strongest in the lobby but also reaches some of the rooms. The Prisma hotel is about 5 blocks from the main Plaza, La Plaza de Armas, and closer to... More

We had 3 nights here, as part of a 9 day tour. The staff were friendly and helpful.. We both had altitude sickness, so missed breakfast the first day. The breakfast was typical for Peru. The hotel is located an easy walk to the main plaza, shops and restaurants. We had trouble getting hot water for showers, which I had... More

This hotel was booked for us as I was part of a tour group. The bathroom windows were oddly located at a height that anyone could look into when walking by. The staff were okay, the breakfast buffet was good on one of the two days we stayed here, and finally I was overcharged on the laundry service. The WiFi... More

Fair hotel not 4 star by any means. It could be considered just a rest stop for a few nights rest, the mattress was tough. It was extremely cold, no central heating available a tiny heater was provided but was not effective. Bathroom extremely tiny. More like a bed and breakfast rooms extremely close I could hear my neighbours and... More

We stayed here for a few nights before and after our Inca Trail. The rooms were of a nice size. The bed was comfortable which is great after the trek! The shower was nice and powerful with hot water. The room had a TV but nainly just spanish stations. The wifi worked fine for us in the room and throughout... More

Nice hotel, we had a clean, big, comfy corner room with a huge balcony! All sights within walking distance and they stored our luggage while we traveled to and from Machu Picchu. Only the breakfast was more inclined to local guests than Europeans, which could be positive or negative.

Another G Adventurer here, this hotel was booked for our group as part of our stay in Cusco. Basic but clean rooms, as we ventured off to the Inca Trail, the hotel kept our bags and belongings we didn't need on our trip in a locked room by reception and you are provided with a raffle ticket when the time... My friend and I stayed here before and after the Inca Trail, but also needed a few extra nights afterwards and the staff were helpful in arranging that for us. Overall, the service is pretty good here; whenever we needed a taxi (even when we had checked out of the hotel and moved elsewhere) the front desk would always be... More

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel was assigned to us as part of a G Adventures package; we stayed here before and after hiking the Inca Trail. I would consider it more an aging hostel than a 3 star hotel. It looks okay on the outside but has the most bizarre layout on... More

Another G Adventure veteran here. Having stayed at the hotel and reading the reviews here, G Adventures obviously has a solid relationship with this hotel (especially since they have their own desk just off to the side of the main lobby). That being said, overall it was a nice stay and it did the trick for what was needed (a... More
