Stayed here twice during my Peru travels. Amazing old sympathetically restored and extended Spanish colonial building, with fabulous ambience and location. Best breakfast in Peru, lovely bar and exquisite Alma restaurant serving local food. The staff however, make this place feel like a five star establishment. Highly obliging, efficient and friendly, with excellent English and knowledge and skill in hospitality.... More

This hotel has been really well renovated and is extremely well located, just a short walk from Santa Catalina Convent and the main square. The room was quite large and reasonable well equipped. Our overlooked a small courtyard with large cacti growing. Staff were helpful. The hotel was clean. As with many of the hotels we stayed in during our... More

why spoil it by charging 10S (about $3.50) for a bottle of water. This is a beautiful historic building just around the corner of the Santa Catalina Convent that is well worth a visit. There are high vaulted ceilings, nice courtyards, and some original frescoes and reliefs uncovered during the long restoration. The suite we had, with visi ble white... More

Centrally located, beautiful, colonial building, just two steps from the Santa Catalina Monastery and the city centre. Lovely hotel, beautiful suite (the one we stayed in), service was good - very friendly and accommodating staff. We were really comfortable at the hotel. Breakfast was fine, could have had more choices, but it was still very good. Try staying in one... More

Casa Andina Private Collection Arequipa was an excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay in the historic "Casa". The staff was well trained and we were impressed with the friendliness of all staff. It had good and well maintained faciltities and was close to the main plaza and local sites. The terrace had an excellent view of the volcanic mountains. We... More

We spent two nights at the hotel while on a tour. We arrived on a wet day and at the end of a very long days drive so we were a little jaded to say the least. The room was OK but unfortunately it was a little too noisy for our liking. Our room was just down from reception and... More

We booked both a Superior room and the Deluxe Suite. It was quite a different experience. I'll start with the general amenities of the hotel: the restaurant was pretty good, but we tasted better places at Lima and Cuzco. Ignoring that, they offer a pretty good meal. They have an Alpaca shop inside the hotel, but you can get better... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in February. The start of our experience wasn't very good and it didn't get a whole lot better throughout our stay. We arranged for an airport pick up, they advised they would be waiting for us with a card with our names at arrivals - there was no one there, we waited 30 mins,... More
