I stayed here with my group of friends (9) during our stay in Arequipa and were delighted from the nice house, but specially for the service. The persons working here are so nice, very helpful. For some reason we had a bit of trouble booking our stay in Arequipa. Other places either did not have the availability or did not respond. Two blocks away from the Plaza dos Armas in the centre of Arequipa there is an oasis for travellers. A small hotel with only a few rooms. Good personal service from the resident owners (family).
