Found this place by its website (http://lacompaniahostal.com/moran/) and had no idea whether it would be good, but we loved it! It's on Moran just a block away from la Compania church. Our room was bright white, spacious, and sunny with reliable very hot water (although the shower curtain wasn't really long enough so it was impossible to shower without getting... more

I originally booked a single habitacion for 3 days and was pleasantly surprised by the modest but very spacious rooms, extremely hot showers, and great location near the plaza de armas. However, by the end of my stay I left feeling much less satisfied. First of all, the rooms got very cold at night and the blankets weren't really sufficient...breakfast... more

Room was very spacious, spotless, up to date furniture, cable tv, good comfi beds and bedding, good clean bathroom with 24hr hot water, good proper shower! Staff were very friendly and helpful, seems to be run by two very nice guys. They are trying to improve on their english and were most helpful.
