Great location near sights, a large selection of restaurants. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Rooms very clean and great showers. Breakfast very good also. Sightseeing buses leave just outside the hotel. Free walking tours also nearby. Great Artisan shops just round the corner.

We arrived early morning after an overnight on Peru Hop and were thrilled when they allowed us to check in early! The room was clean and spacious, plus we took advantage of the rooftop terrace at night to see the beautiful sunset and lounge while reading before bed. The location was perfect- a few blocks from the Plaza made it only a short walk but kept it quiet at night, plus we were also close to Mundo Alpaca (great alpaca exhibit that allows you to feed the llamas/alpacas!).

It was nice hotel very close to centre and very close to monastery. We paid for deluxe room but we received room close to main stairs so it was terrible and very noisy whole night. We were not satisfied at all. Room was clean and nice but comfort was not good. Breakfast was simple. Personal was quit nice and they helped us what we can see in Arequipa and also recommended us some restaurants. Comfort was terrible, very noisy, room was close to main stairs so we couldn´t sleep at all. Also we left hotel few time very early for tours but they didn´t prepare us breakfast packages on the way as others hotels. If I will have possibility I will not stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Mirador del Monasterio. The best part was the customer service. They were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and eggs cooked to order each morning. The location was excellent (close walking distance to the Plaza de Armas, right next door to the Monastery, etc.) with a great view from two upper terraces. The rooms were very clean... they had space heaters (YAAY)... and my room had a great view of the snow-capped mountains. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We stayed in this hotel 2 nights. The room is clean and the location is good. It is 2 blocks away from Plaza de Arms so it is not so noisy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One minor thing is the fan of the heater produce "DA" "DA" ... sound when running.

Very nice clean room, excellent service, and good breakfast. Very nice people who work there. We was in Chiquibamba for 3 days, and we could store our baggage there. We stayed for 5 nights this time. I was here 3 years ago, and it was the same service then.
