Quiet location? I think not. Every night there were barking dogs! When I complained to the hotel staff they told me there's wasn't any thing they could do. This hotel has only one negative - it is outside of the town centre, though in our view this was more than compensated for by the exceptional staff, the pleasant garden, secure hotel compound and very nice room - and for a very reasonable price. Very nice, small charming place to stay. This hotel is about a mile from downtown Arequipa, but don't let this deter you from staying here. Quite the contrary.
