This is such a great little hotel. The two brothers who own and operate the B&B thoroughly understand the meaning of keeping their guests happy and made us feel so welcome! Prior to our arrival, email correspondence was easy and excellent. One of the owners, Jose, who speaks near perfect English, met us at the bus to bring us to... More

We stayed here while we were in Arequipa and it was so gorgeous!! The guys who own this place were fantastic, they went above and beyond to be helpful. The place was impecably clean, modern, and very very comfortable!! We had a room for 3 with a private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was nice and... More

We stayed at the Casa Villa for three days, two ahead of a trek in the Colca Canyon and one day afterwards. The B&B was exceptional (boutique hotel quality): large rooms, modern bathrooms...rooftop "terrace" for the view (and a brown bag brew). The two brothers who own and operate the B&B (Jose & Antonio) were extremely helpful: pick-up and drop... More

José waited at the bus stand for 2 hours to pick me up in person since I was traveling alone and the bus was very late. That was unexpected...and this standard of service continued through the 3 nights I stayed at this very contemporary B&B. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. Fantastic value... More

We turned up at around 4am due to our bus arriving early and the wonderful guys working here checked us in on the spot because our rooms were vacant and didn't charge us any extra. They also upgraded us to their best rooms because they were free too. They kept our bags for us while we left and went off... More

This was a great find. The rooms were modern, clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The brothers who own the place were really helpful with any requests and provided great service. It is in a suburb but only a short, cheap taxi ride from all the main attractions. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

We stayed one night at CasaVilla and it was fantastic!!. The hotel is quite nice, nothing fancy, but is clean and functional. The room was very spacious and the shower was fantastic! and breakfast was good too!. We arrived pretty late at night and were welcomed by Antonio. This was our first stop on a big Peru trip and stayed for 4 great nights. We were received by Antonio and Jose, the two brothers who own this new hotel in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Both Antonio and Jose speak perfect English, which makes communication with non Spanish speaking tourists a wonder. They are truly accommodating and this doesn't... More

During my various stays in Arequipa, I always stay at Hotel CasaVilla. I always feel at home, which is what I want in my free time. I want to be able to relax and not have to worry about details of traveling long distances to get to natural and touristic attractions. The administration is always professional but also very kind...
