We slept there 3 nights with my girlfriend. The accomodation was nice, shower with warm water and the staff very friendly and helpful. They even kept our luggages during our 4 days trip in the canyon de Colca. We recommend this place !

We stayed in a private room over looking the street, was slightly noisy but you got a great view. Our disappointment was that we had $40 USD lifted from our bags while we were out and the room was being cleaned. A poor ending to an otherwise pleasant experience.

We stayed two nights in el caminante. The hhostel is next to the famous monastery, and only 1,5 blocks from the central square. We stayed one nright in a room with a private bathroom: the room was pretty big. Apart from the double bed, there was a bunk bed that was nog used. The mattress was pretty old, with that... More

We have just left this hostel where we rented a double room with shared bathroom. The room was nice with doors opening onto a communal seating area and catching lots of sunlight. The bed was well dressed and clean towels were provided. Good wifi here too. Each of the three 'B' rooms have doors accessing directly their shared bathroom (I... More

We booked very last minute in this little hostel, and it ended up being one of the most pleasant we have been in along our SA trip. The staff is VERY nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the wifi works perfectly. The place is calm and the atmosphere is rather intimate (due to its smallness). Only... More

Very friendly staff and clean rooms with nice hot showers. If you want a private bathroom your room will be at the street side and a little noisy when you're not used to the sounds of a big city. Staff will try to help you with everything and are always nice. We left out luggage for three days and they... More

Stayed here after a long bus ride from Lima. I found this place to be a perfect location. Right in the heart of Arequipa. It is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The family who run the hotel are super friendly and full of information about the area. I will be coming back to this place in the... More

The staff was friendly, our room clean, great location and not expensive. The negative is that they say they have breakfast, but we asked twice and their was none. It also says in the travel guide that you can use the kitchen, but we couldn't. Still good hostel.

The very good location, it surrounds to the main square very safe, the problem of the noise is not of the hotel is the lack of organization of the government for not putting you fine the drivers who touch the claxon, the hotel has a nice personal, has store for the luggage , safety box, warm water the whole day,...
