Stayed here after staying in the Flying Dog Hostel in Lima. So glad that we went here! Though we loved the one in Lima, this one in Arequipa has more uniqueness to it. The rooms are all very clean and the building itself is very beautiful with a nice courtyard in the middle. There is also roof access with a... More

This is the first time I have given any hostel a review. Im usually to lazy but my stay at the flying dogg warrents a postive recommendation. Christian, the main reception staff member, was the most helkpful person I have met during my 5 month trip. If you need advise about anything from retrurants to tours to future destinations, he... Had a great experience here, the location is great, the hostel is beautiful, and the staff is both professional and fun. Christian was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us along our journey. I'd highly recommend this place to travellers of all ages. 10/10!

This is such a nice and quiet hostel. You really get value for your money. Really nice and helpfull staff, the best room ever and clean! We had a private room with a bath, tv and a kingsize bed. We also had a small fridge and freezer in the room. The breakfast is simple but nice and the kitchen is... More

Flying Dog Hostel is a fantastic hostel and is really well located. The atmosphere when I staid there was great and the staff was amazing! Both Cristian at the front desk and the Porteño at the bar were great! Rooms were nice and the bar/breakfast area was really cosy!

Stayed one night & left bags in storage another night. Staff are friendly. Place is quiet- the bar was dead! No food sold here, kitchen available. Spacious & nicely furnished privates. Towels included. No TV in ours. Wifi ok. Good location. Arequipa is a cool city.

My friend and I stayed at the Flying Dog in Arequipa for a little less than a week and we had a great experience. We instantly felt accepted by the great staff and good atmosphere. The bar was a great place to meet people and it was easy to make traveling friends from all over the globe. I would definitely... More

For my friend and me, Flying Dog Hostel Arequipa was a warm and welcoming place to spend a few nights. We stayed in a room with for two people with a comfortable bed, private bathroom, and cable television. Plenty of hot water and WIFI were included. There was a simple though plentiful breakfast available from 8-10 AM, offering ham, cheese,... More

We moved over from another hostel (a regular dump). This place was nirvana in comparison. Our double room with attached bathroom set us back only 70 sol. Room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. We were removed from the party scene (hence no noise and hence no problem sleeping). Breakfast was ample and varied. The common room (with... More
