Amazing hostal with wonderful favcilities. The staff is attentive and helpful. The ping pong table enables fun matches as well as intense beer pong games and the 3 TV rooms speak for themselves. Although there isnt a lot of space to eat, you can still manage to take turns and then fit on the 10 people table. The pool table... More

This is a great Hostel to stay in Arequipa! There were so many travelers from all around the world, it was so easy to meet new people, which was nice for me because I traveled to Arequipa alone. The hostel is located in a gated community that was just a 10 min walk to the main square. Everyone who worked... More

The hostel itself is a little bit beyond basic. There is a pool table, 3 tv's, a PS3 and ping pong table. Two kitchens are provided, its a big hostel, but not too big. The breakfast is basic bread, jam and banana, but for only 1 sol, you get 2 eggs The way you like - unbelievably cheap! There are... More

Every morning through the single glazing windows you will hear a dogs barking non stop, workmen drilling and a awful trumpet practise going on... 7 days solid. The hostel is overall is good with lovely staff and the wifi is good. Price is good too but came here to chill before the inca trail not be woken so early.

This backpacker hostel is filled with the most fun travelers! Super clean, all the bathrooms, kitchen area, dorm rooms, common spaces! They keep it clean! Very knowledgeable about the city and local adventure areas. Comfortable beds and nice lockers; gated community. I had stayed there 2 times; then got stuck in Arequipa between buses at 4am. I went there, even... More

+ : clean, nice staff, good beds, TV room, games, nice kitchen... - : hot water only about 50% of the time and you can't get it at good temperature, and I've never been able to get on the WiFi within 2 days after asking many times.... even internet on their own computer isn't always working. Breakfast very poor, missing... More

Several tv rooms, great patio and atmosphere making it a great place to chill out for a few days. Breakfast leaves something to be desired but that's unsurprising. Not too far of a walk from the central area of Arequipa and offers plenty of tours.

We stayed about a week in this hostel, after staying one night in a really loud one (the Point). Arequipay backpackers definitely was the best, most relaxed and coziest hostel we stayed. The staff is very friendly and pleased to help you with any questions. The hostel has a common dining room, which feels really like home when everyone is... More

I loved that this hostel had an abundance of hammocks and seating in their outdoor space as well as foozeball and a ping pong table. Also being a backpacker where clean sheets are never guaranteed it was nice to see that they were! The breakfast included is just bread and butter with a banana.

We stayed in a double private on the top floor of this hostel. Room was very dated with wood panelling everywhere but it was good for sleeping, lots of space and bathroom right outside. We booked a day trip to the colca canyon through reception which was good, my boyfriend also did rock climbing through them which he enjoyed! Has... More
