This place has potential to be good. But it's just run terribly. We got there after a long bus at 11pm, being fatigued, and were still more with it than the stoned reception guy. Not cheap enough to justify the experience, wifi is only available in one spot and hot showers are semi-existent. It's in a central spot in Arequipa... More

Ok, to clarify this review I am a 35 year old traveller who is a professional by trade but I stay in budget hostels when backpacking. I arrived and the premises were good, clean and quiet. But then the aroma started from the all the young backpackers smoking grass. This was all day - in all the common areas. Guests... More

Honestly I would never go back. This hostel was a disaster. Terrible breakfast, that contains two white bread bans and a jam and if you want to use the kitchen u have to pay additional 5 soles, which frankly does not have even a fork and is smaller than a bathroom. And all of this would be aight aight but... More

Okay ill start with the positives. The location is good, close to the main plaza. Showers are also hot during the day. Negatives: they play awful house music very loud all from around 3 till at least 1 am EVERY night. So no sleep. Beds are average, pillows awful. Staff vary from very helpful to clueless. Breakfast 'included' but you... More

We stayed here one night during our trip and were 3 out of 14 guests staying that night, admittedly it was a Sunday but there was absolutely not atmosphere and the staff were sitting in the lounge smoking weed and watching the World Cup. The evening entertainment (BBQ and movie) didn't happen, but we heard the night before there was... More

Hostel was nice for meeting other people, good price. There seemed to be a crew of people who were from Arequipa and hung out at the hostel and some backpackers who had been staying there for quite some time who were the ones making more noise and playing louder music than anyone. Was also nice that the hostel wristbands got... More

I went to this hostal because it had the best review here on tripadvisor. I came and the hostal looked dirty, ashes from cigarets on the table, ground an couches. Stains on the hangmat and on the linnen of the beds. I asked for Wifi and they tolled me the code but it wasn't working. The receptionist explanation was that... More

First time in a "the point" hostel. Clean, with everything you need. Staff were fairly helpful with the touristic info. They were also very prompt with their correspondence with me over a lost item. It´s a fun atmospheric hostel, but not a place if you´re needing a good night´s sleep, you can´t really escape the bar noise. Great social/chill out... More

Location of the hostel is nice, it is near the mainsquare. The hostel is really a party hostel. A lot of drugs! so if you like this this is the place to be! Rooms are small and noisy, I really disliked it that they charge you 5 sol for using the kitchen.

Its a very good hostel. Staffs are very helfull, bedrooms are clean and big, has a safety lock where you can let your cellphone charging and good location, near to the main square. Negative point: you have to pay 5 soles to use the stone even though you want to cook something very quickly.
