It's very down to earth with quaint rooms with hard wood floors and great staff who speak English and have great recommendations! Beautifully restored hotel in Cuenca; good location, bright, sunny and colorful. Room rates are in the mid-range for Ecuador but the added conveniences are a good value. Our room was cute, very clean, good bathroom and TV with cable. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful with local information and even helped us book a plane ticket.... more
