A well run hotel with very helpful staff. Colonial style building with comfy beds ands airy breakfast area. Help yourself to free tea and coffee throughout the day. Staff generally spoke good English, not always the case in Ecuador. I would stay there again, well located just 5 mins walk from the centre. more

A converted house with two inner courtyards. Nicely decorated in an folk-arty kind of way. Rooms were very clean, plenty of hot water, firm mattress. Definitely no doubt a converted house, or hasienda, whatever:creaky floors, simple locks, but felt very safe. People were very nice, and once again, it was very clean.
