i stayed at eldorado for 10 days in january, hotel is modern, staff is friendly, sauna and jacuzi are great and so is the location get a room in a back, it could be a bit small but sheets and beds are nice, some mornings water could be just warm and not hot but overall is a great place more

The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance to all the interesting parts of the old city. This hotel is magnificent. It is newly renovated and they did a great job! This place has excellent sized rooms and very helpfull staff who are happy to engage in conversation. It has excellent facilities. In walking distance of the center of the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that goes to Cuenca. more
