I enjoyed our stay at Casa San Rafael. We actually ended up staying 2 days longer than originally planned, and part of that was due to the excellent service and experience we had with the staff at Casa San Rafael. Everyone at the front desk was very accommodating, including allowing us to leave luggage there while we went to visit... More

We had a great stay at Casa San Rafael! Our room was beautiful, with comfy beds and nice, clean, modern bathrooms. The staff was fantastic and helped us to arrange parking for our rental car (1 block away - very easy and well priced!). The included breakfasts were fresh, tasty, and satisfying, and the location could not be better. You... More

Very nice place to stay in Cuenca. The hotel is a lovely older house with antiques and nice common areas. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is located a few blocks from the main square. They can also help arrange tours in the area.

Great location, a few blocks from parque Calderon. Beautiful renovated small Colonial house. Rooms are extra clean and cozy. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Will come back, no doubt. Will recommend it to everyone. Loved it.

A very friendly and helpful staff add to the extreme charm of this beautiful hotel. We were there 4 nights, and were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, our room had a little balcony where we could watch the goings on in the street below. Nice little arty details decorate the interior of the hotel, the atmosphere is just... More

Spent 2 days here, rooms are small, the nature of the area- old homes turned into hostels and hotels. The people at the desk are very helpful, to a fault. I never had a question unanswered or a problem not solved immediately. I had a car to park, and the traffic and congestion in the area made me edgy, but... More
