This is a beautiful and luxurious hotel, in the heart of old Quito. Staff were friendly and very helpful and because the hotel is small it has a lovely atmosphere. Restaurant food was good and the location is excellent right on the main plaza. Would definitely recommend a stay

Incredibly located on one of the main squares of the historical centre of Quito. The hotel is traditionally plush and luxurious and the staff are trained to follow suit. The suites are large and well appointed and the restaurants (of which there are 2) both serve fantastic fare with good service to match. Thoroughly reccomend.

What a find! This hotel was EXACTLY what my wife and I had hoped for. Right onto the main square in Quito, the rooms are beautiful and the service was from people acting as hosts to their city - extra touches in the room, generous with information and suggestions and nothing was ever too much trouble.
