Made reservation on line and paid a deposit. When we arrived they would not accept our deposit on line and tried to up the price of the room. Did not speak English. The rooms were stark and noisey. We decided to leave and go somewhere else, even though we lost the deposit we paid via the internet. Two blocks away... more

the hotel is nice, no numbers on doors, the hotel staff is akways trying fro the extra dollar,, they lie in their ad about included breakfast, 3 times i checked out to "enjoy" ecuador and 3 times ihad to fight them over the included breakfast,,,, the fighting made my trip miserable,, no more ecuador more
