During a three week stay in Ecuador the party I was with booked this hotel every time we were back in Quito for good reason. It was a perfect place from which to explore Quito and was ideal as a place to chill in between climbing Pasachoa, visiting the Galapagos Islands and spending a week on project work in the... More

This place was a great place to stay in Quito. It's close to both the old and new towns and there's lots to do nearby. The rooms are comfortable and there are a lot amenities included or at least provide most services for an additional small cost. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is really friendly. This is a cute... More

This hostel was a lovely little oasis that you would never have suspected from the street front. Our room faced the street but was very quiet and had lots of natural light. The menu is pretty overpriced, but very convenient. Unfortunately, i would not stay here again as it was impossible to get away from the cigarette smoke. The guests... More

We stayed at this hostel twice, and thought it was very reasonable. Staff were helpful and kind to keep our shoes when we left them in our rooms by mistake for the first stay. Their pick-up service was great and pretty cheap. Breakfast was good, also. The problem was not about the hostel, but the guests making noise outside even... More

Based on the reviews I booked this place- and for the money I expected a lot more. The location is good- but so are many other hostels in Quito. We stayed in room 204 initially which was right under a staircase. The noise from other guests walking up and down made it impossible to sleep. We then decided to change... More

We booked (through a booking website) to stay here four nights, but one day before we were due to arrive we had an email telling us there was no availability and couldn't stop there. What was frustrating and puzzling was that two separate booking sites said they had 5 rooms available for our dates. Very disappointed and are now facing... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in January. The beds were comfy, and they provided an extra blanket when we asked which was great! The room was super clean; the cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room and common areas throughout our stay. The restaurant was average, not a big selection but was ok for the couple days we... More

The room we had was very small, but we had a private bathroom, with hot water. The room was clean, and so were the common areas. Wifi is available in the lobby area, and at the time we were there, they only had one working computer to use for the internet. The restaurant was below average. It was fairly noisy... More

I stayed here a lot of times during my 6 months in Ecuador. It's cheap, clean with great facilities. The restaurant serves a variety of reasonably priced food and the hotel itself is well located for the historical centre and the Mariscal district.

The location of this hostel/inn is really underrated. Not in Mariscal Sucre (Gringoland), not in the Old Town, but right in between. Both places are a ten minute walk. Also, there is a great park, El Ejido, on the way to Mariscal which is great to relax in. As well, the Eugenio Espejo Ecovia line is very close to the... More
