We stayed at this hostel twice while we were traveling in Ecuador. The pickup from the airport was very good. We had a room with private facilities which was very comfortable and clean. This is a lovely, comfortable hostal. I expected to be staying in a dorm but had my own small but lovely room, towel and soap provided too. The staff were so friendly and helpful - one of the receptionists phoned 4 hostels for me in my next destination.
