This hotel was average in every sense of the word. It was nice and close to the bars, which was a plus, but on the downside it was very loud and you could hear every car that drove by. The included breakfast was just a few pieces of bread and some fruit. We were told there was omlettes but the... More

The hotel is clean but it is somewhat outdated. We were there oct 31- nov 2, 2014. There were a few people in the hotel, and every night may be 1-2 tables were occupied at the restaurant. We never tried the restaurant, afraid to. We paid $106 us for 2 people, so the price is reasonable. I wonder how does... More

This is a modest well situated hotel in Quito by Husband has just stayed at. A very unfortunate fall in the shower with the mats they provided saw him sustain a nasty injury. That being said, the hotel immediately summed a Dr at their cost as well as delivering a fruit basket. Attentive service turned around a rather nasty experience... More

We stayed here as part of an organised tour and were very impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and were patient when we tried to speak Spanish to them! The rooms were huge and comfortable with free water and toiletries and TV. Breakfast was basic but nice and the restaurant served delicious dinner! I would... More

Every stay is excellent. Quality does not change nor does the helpful attitude of the staff. The rooms are clean, beautifully appointed, and the beds are outstanding. The location is near the Plaza Foch so there is a large selection of bars and restaurants. This is a true bargin filled with comfort and gracious staff. My hotel of choice in Quito

This is a modest and unassuming hotel which solidly delivers top value, aided by a pleasant and helpful staff. It is walking distance from the hot restaurant/night life area around Plaza Foch as well as to our favorite store for Andean sweaters -- Galeria Latina. Victor, the head bellman, set us up with a car and driver for a six... More

Hotel Sebastian is located in the Mariscal area of Quito. It is close to a good number of fine restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most speak English. The restaurant at the hotel serves an assortment of very tasty dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are leaving for the airport in the wee hours of the morning... More

This was a pleasant hotel. Staff were friendly. Very clean rooms. Most important, at least while we were here, it was fairly quiet outside. Nice little park across the street. Easy walk to touristy shopping. We also walked to the botanical garden which I recommend as it has orchids of Ecuador. Breakfast was quite decent.
