This place was great. All of the staff spoke English, and they were super accommodating with our arrival and check out. They also recommended a couple of activities which turned out to be amazing! If we were ever to come back to Quito, we would come here. There was also a lot of great nightlife around, and some excellent restaurants... More

Room was large, complete and atmospheric furnished. Including fridge / minibar (rare for this level of price). Common spaces beautiful. Location fantastic (quiet, still central). Breakfast ready early. What I missed was English speaking staff, not a single word was understood or spoken. I expected somehow that they could, because their website is available in excellent English. I found this... More

Nicely decorated rooms and grounds. European/Ecuadorean ambiance. Lovely breakfast with fresh croissants and juice. Very helpful staff! Centrally located in safe neighborhood of Quito. Kitchen services breakfast only.

This was or first trip to Ecuador and we had no idea what to expect. Carlos met us in the evening to check us in and could not have been more warm and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, a lovely split level, clean and spacious. The room opened to a private courtyard with lush gardens. The hotel has a cafe,... More

We recently spent 4 days in Quito at the Hotel Antinea and it was wonderful. Its a great location, clean and safe and since its just off the main area on the wknds especially its not loud. Approx 20 min walk to old town and a very safe area. I highly recommend this hotel- ask for a room with the... More

Our family stayed here intermittently for 9 nights while we explored Ecuador. They helped arrange tours, drivers and airport transfers, stored luggage, assisted in booking hotels in other places and answered many questions. The rooms had lots of character and we enjoyed the variety. Since we were traveling with our college age daughter and son, we appreciated the options for... More

My husband and I have been here 3 times in the last couple of months, and the standard is always the same - excellent. It's a small hotel, maybe 15 rooms at most, but all are decorated beautifully, in a kind of French cum Spanish colonial style. We had room 12 on the first floor, which had a tiny balcony... More

I have tried about a dozen hotels in Quito's new town district of Mariscal, and this is my favorite so far. Each room is unique, both in size and style, and some even have fireplaces. Sound-resistant modern windows cover the old windows on street-facing rooms, which is much appreciated in this noisy neighborhood. The upper level has an attractive patio... More

This place is set on a quiet street away from the bar noise but minutes from the action. A little more expensive than other nearby places but of corresponding better quality. Rooms vary in price and can be as low as $50 for a double. $50 in this hotel is fantastic value. Great English spoken by helpful reception staff.
