The restaurant is a must! Beautiful views. the bathroom does need some updating but overall a good experience. I wish they had another set of elevators. I had a very long walk to my room and walking in such altitude may be tiring. The staff is very courteous and very quick response to needs.

when I work in tourism Im very serious in my decisions who I work with, If i decided this hotel for my 6 VIP clients is because Ithank they had nice people, but this black guy recepcionist was very rude, asking for so many papers making and wasting time of my clients, besides in the bar 7 floor, there are... Hotel far enough away from the city center. Decorous structure, some rooms need renovation. Good breakfast in the restaurant tha has a beautiful view on the valley. Swimming pool available and congress center. Free Wifi, not so fast. Sometimes noisy guests

... things started downhill rather quickly. The big thing for me is internet access. It was slow but usable the first day but seemed to degrade more and more everyday. By Thursday it was nearly useless. Also, my room faced the traffic side and was rather noisey late into the evening. My last night there was a loud room somewhere... More

Good Wifi, nice 250g steak in restaurant. Breakfast is ok, bacon is always overcooked and croissants/waffles etc are all hard. Rooms can get abit dark and cold at night. They provided me with a heater one night, so they are probably available on request

We recently stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in October 2015. The staff were really helpful, spoke great English and assisted us to organize a range of day trips to the city. The internet in the hotel was great, they even had some computers and a printer free for guests. The breakfast was an impressive buffet with... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and we had a lovely time. The staff is very helpful and professional, the hotel lobby is beautiful with a modern chic look. Our room was nice and clean and most important, the bed was comfortable. The view from our room was amazing. The best breakfast I had in... More

Stayed here a single night on two occasions as part of a tour group. This is a strange property. They are obviously trying to be an upper end hotel, as the lobby is bright and airy with an amazing view of the valley and a far away snowy peak on a clear day, but the rooms suffer numerous flaws that... We recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The hotel restaurant is on the 7th floor. You must go past the front desk and also the 7th floor reservations desk to get to a table. One morning four of us were having breakfast in the restaurant. I sat my briefcase on the floor next to my chair. Someone was... More

This hotel is clean, has a telephone, safe and shares a patio with several other rooms. The only separation between these rooms is a small rail. There are no screens on the windows and the patio door was very difficult to open on our room. There are 3 small lights in the room. There is no charm in this room...its... More
