We came from the USA to Quito for an International convention, and we were so glad we chose to stay at the SwissOtel. It's a lovely hotel with impeccable service. The staff is very attentive and they convey that it is a pleasure for them to serve you. We would definitely stay at a SwissOtel again.

I stayed at Swissôtel for one night. It was my first experience at a Swissôtel and it was great. Service was excellent and the staff very helpful. The rooms could use a little upgrading specially the bathrooms but overall the beds are confortable and the suites very spacious. Food service at the executive lounge is top noche. This hotel is... We had nothing but issues at this hotel. Upon check-in, staff asked us for a credit card in case of incidentals (which is fair enough and a standard policy around the world), however they did not have a credit-card (EFTPOS) machine. Instead, they used an old-fashioned roller on top of carbon-copy paper to take a copy of my credit card.... More

We stayed for 2 nights on a trip through Quito. Lovely suites and friendly service. Best thing about this hotel is the indoor/outdoor pool which is kept very warm, and you can swim through a waterfall to go outside. Even though it was chilly out, the pool was very warm. Reminded me of indoor outdoor pools at ski resorts. We've... More

The hotel is very nice and convenient. The service is great. Beds are super comfy. It was great seeing the TV with our name as we came into the room. The room has a nice view of the city, and the location was great. The only suggestion I have is that the bathrooms are starting to look a bit run... More

Located about 15 minutes by cab from the historic center of town, the Swissotel in Quito is attractive, clean with large rooms and great mountain views. Breakfast buffet is varied and very good. Service is excellent. The only negative is the wifi which requires one to sign in frequently.

Although it's not luxury, this place is clean, comfortable and convenient. Ideally it could do with a make over as it's a bit old now, but it's fine for a few days business trip and the staff are friendly

We stayed three nights here on separate occasions in December 2014 and January 2015. On each occasion, we were impressed with the facilities, room and the friendly (English-speaking) service of the staff. This is a first-rate five star hotel with very good facilities: the gym has very good equipment. The in and outdoor pool was also a good size and... More

I don't understand how anyone can write a positive review about this no service and overpriced hotel. Our tour group company recommended the Swissotel stating that it is in the safest area of Quito. This is not true. The hotel informed me upon arrival that one can't walk safely outside at night. This is true in most areas of Quito.... More

I have stayed multiple times here, and I must stay that this hotel is keeping quality on a high level, and that's due to the very attentive and professional staff! I like coming here and will certainly stay again!
