The hotel was great, the room was spacious and clean with all the comforts you need, wify, good hairdryer, good shampoo and soap, great bed and linen. The breakfast was very good, the bread was specially fresh and tasty. The spot was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. The staff was very nice.

Delightful hotel in Old town Quito. Staff is friendly and helpful...suggested places to dine. Decor of hotel is very cozy...soft couches and candles in the lobby. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast (very nice) is included. A perfect location to explore Quito on foot.

We stayed here for one night and it was beautiful. Our room had a view of the Panecillo and la Ronda. The hotel was so beautiful in a colonial house, great breakfast, great location!! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Like the other reviewers we came and went on tours to the Amazon, Cloud Forest etc. and after Galapagos. The staff were friendly, went to a lot of trouble to be helpful and would respond promptly to any requests. You ask for lemonade and expect something in a bottle - it comes freshly squeezed and delivered to your room.... The... More

We stayed here three separate times over the course of two weeks as we came and went from Quito. As a result, we were in three different rooms. Two were street-facing, and one was on the inside. Pros: -well-organized -beautiful decor -close to everything in the Old Town -really comfortable seating areas in the lobby -able to use the computer... More

We stayed here after Galapagos on way to amazon Jungle and then back after the Jungle (La Selva Jungle Lodge which was great beyond words). They were great. We didn't need as much stuff so we left a suitcase there. It is beautiful. The whole area is renovated buildings. All the rooms are different. We had two different rooms and... More

This hotel has the feel of a "Ryad" about it, as once through the door off the narrow street it opens up into a delightful inner courtyard and light atrium. All the rooms have high ceilings and solid furniture with lovely wood floors. Bathrooms are modern with luxury toiletries. The hotel restaurant is excellent and our choice for our first... More

We recently stayed here for four nights. Our room was both historic and modern. The bathroom was very modern with all the amenities. The bedroom was more traditional with a wood bed that could have slept four comfortably. The room was immaculate and had a authentic wood/ citrus smell to it. The lobby has four distinct areas- a garden type... More

We stayed twice here during our Ecuador vacation and loved it both times. Hotel is charming and small and it appears the rooms are different from one another. It's three levels with living room type lobby and restaurant one first floor and guest rooms on second and third. No elevator so if you suffer from the altitude, ask for a... More

We had two separate short stays here and would certainly recommend. The hotel is conveniently located and within easy walking distance of all the main sights within the historical centre of Quito. The hotel decor is great and the rooms are comfortably furnished and if important then the wifi reception is good. The only downside is that due to the... More
