We enjoyed a stay at this hotel. The ambiance is very nice and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is really great. Dinner was superb... Our only problem was with a day tour to Otavalo which we booked through the hotel. Unfortunately our guide completely ripped us off with the price. We had already notified the hotel... More

Great location. Near restaurants and easy walk to all the sights in the Old Town. The room we had was lovely with the largest we have ever slept in - very comfortable. Bathroom was also very large. Filtered water was supplied outside the room which was wonderful. Lovely lounge area to sit and have a wine and cheese after a... More

Beautiful old town in Quito with a beautiful place to stop and enjoy the history. Walking distance to the main square, this boutique hotel still has a strong character. Decorated with style, clean rooms, friendly staff and very helpful (Signiora Maria Salem is a treasure ). Food really nice (try lamb stew and ceviche, top it up with a cold... More

If you come to Quito and you want to have an outstanding experience please come to this small warm and precious boutique hotel. It is located in the old town; the house was built 300 years ago and now , after a complete renovation, is ready for guests. The decor of the hotel shows all the handcrafts , woodcarving and... More

Very clean, updated rooms yet still has old world charm. Small sized boutique hotel. Wonderful mix of old and new with decorating. Lots of exposed wood and beams; modern light fixtures and bath fixtures. Had two rooms, one for parents one next door for for teen aged children. Our room had King size bed and was comfortable. Bathroom had shower... More

The hotel was great, the room was spacious and clean with all the comforts you need, wify, good hairdryer, good shampoo and soap, great bed and linen. The breakfast was very good, the bread was specially fresh and tasty. The spot was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. The staff was very nice.

Delightful hotel in Old town Quito. Staff is friendly and helpful...suggested places to dine. Decor of hotel is very cozy...soft couches and candles in the lobby. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast (very nice) is included. A perfect location to explore Quito on foot.

We stayed here for one night and it was beautiful. Our room had a view of the Panecillo and la Ronda. The hotel was so beautiful in a colonial house, great breakfast, great location!! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Like the other reviewers we came and went on tours to the Amazon, Cloud Forest etc. and after Galapagos. The staff were friendly, went to a lot of trouble to be helpful and would respond promptly to any requests. You ask for lemonade and expect something in a bottle - it comes freshly squeezed and delivered to your room.... The... More

We stayed here three separate times over the course of two weeks as we came and went from Quito. As a result, we were in three different rooms. Two were street-facing, and one was on the inside. Pros: -well-organized -beautiful decor -close to everything in the Old Town -really comfortable seating areas in the lobby -able to use the computer... More
