We stayed here on two occasions in January this year, and thoroughly enjoyed both stays. The hotel is in a great location on La Ronda Street, which during the day is fairly quiet, but comes alive at night time, with great places to eat. We also really enjoyed tasting the delicacies that you can buy from the front of the... More

This is a well-appointed and very comfortable hotel on La Ronda in the Old Town of Quito. I stayed twice during a recent trip to Ecuador and was impressed on both occasions with the excellent service provided by the staff and the quality of the rooms. The hotel is within an easy walk of all of the main attractions in... More

My wife and I like B and Bs, small luxury hotels, and historic hotels. This was all and more. It is a 22 room small luxury hotel located on the oldest street in Quito, La Ronda, which dates back to the 1500s and the hotel itself dates back to the 1700s. This historical hotel has been updated to include many... More

La Casona de la Ronda is a lovely, clean, and comfortable boutique hotel right in the heart of the old section of Quito. It's a fun area to stay in -- the only problem is that the street is a huge party scene on Friday and Saturday nights. Our first night there was a weekend and we could hardly sleep... More

This is the perfect boutique hotel in the old, colonial section of Quito. It is your private oasis from the hustle of the street. Beautiful and typical spanish style courtyard to the sky. The rooms are comfortable, beautifully appointed, modern and spotless. Great bathroom, lighting, TV, etc. Great breakfasts. The TripAdvisor Award of Excellence is well deserved.

Located in the historical section of Quito and reasonably priced. Our room was spacious with a fully updated bathroom. Beautiful wood throughout. Service is always friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of historic sites. Fresh fruit, delicious granola, and well prepared eggs for breakfast.

This is the best place to stay in Quito. It is in the old town, which is charming and full of beautiful churches, restaurants and shops. The hotel is a converted home built in 1738 and loaded with charm. It has about 30 rooms, each different and wonderful. We were in room number 23 with our son and it was... More

Unfortunately due to flight delays we only arrived at this hotel at 2am and had to leave by 6am. As we had to leave before breakfast the hotel arranged a packed breakfast for us. We were given our rooms and wow it was beautiful we had a double double size bed and it was very comfy, the room was very... More

Behind large wooden gates on a pedestrian street is a hidden gem, an old colonial 3 storey house that has been converted to a hotel. It is a few blocks from the main square, but it is an easy walk, or a short taxi ride (as we were advised after dark) but taxis are very cheap. Charming and helpful staff.... More

Beautiful building in the Historic District of Quito. Rooms and facilities are all first class and the service was excellent. Breakfasts were well stocked and available early which was good as many people left for airport or on trips very early in the day. We stayed here on four separate occasions during our three plus weeks in Ecuador. The hotel... More
