Stayed at the Inca with my parents back in the mis 70s. Great then and good now. Excellent location midway between the Mariscal and the old city; right by Ejido Park. Resident tour guide is Ruben Dario Chavez C: Tel 0997 144 782 - rub_dario2003@yahoo.es. Ruben provides great, reliable service. He made my and my friend's trip.

+ relatively good price + location - outdated - too much paperwork for my liking - recepcionista no habla bien Inglés.. Would only recommend this hotel when in a hurry. This hotel is definitely NOT 4 star hotel. Max. 3 on a good day..

My partner and I booked a stay at the Hotel Inca Imperial through a third-party booking website, which boasted some very impressive (but, in my humble opinion, overrated) reviews. The main floor, featured on the website and most reviews available, features beautiful Incan-style decor, but the floors where the rooms are located are quite outdated. For around $40 a night,... This hotel is in no way 4 star. Breakfast is 2 eggs and a bread roll, fresh juice and instant coffee(?). Rooms are ok.Decor is interesting. Not a safe area to go out in at night. There are better 2 or 3 star hotels in Quito for a similar price.

Looking to save money, I stayed with a friend for 3 nights in the Inca Imperial hotel. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was in fine condition. Our room (about $45/night) included two single beds, a small TV and desk, and a bathroom (with plenty of hot water). Breakfast was included in the rate, and each morning it... More

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but clean. The first room we had was for three nights on the second floor. Noise from the dining room and lobby was bothersome, the room was tiny and cold, but we had good wifi. The second room we had a few nights later was on the fourth floor.... More

This hotel was probably built and in it's prime in the 1940's. A lot of the original furniture is still in place. That makes it an interesting and elegant place. It is comfortable, quiet, has a lift which is a huge plus to me as I'm travelling from the U.S. with lots of luggage. The restaurant in house is great... More

This hotel is old but well maintained. Recently the bathrooms have been remodeled. Most of the staff has been working here for a long time and are very friendly. The restaurant has good and cheap food. But the best part is the location in a side street. During the day a lot of action goes on but at night everything... More
