The staff is all Spanish speaking, the keys are of the old fashioned kind and all of the staff is quite accommodating. I arrived at 4am and I was greeted by a smiling staff member who accompanied me to my room with my luggage. The room was clean, sparsely decorated, had few hangars, no air conditioning, poor quality toiletries (no... More

The staff was very helpful ,the rooms clean, and the breakfasts very good. This hotel accomodated 22 of us and was courteous and helpful at all times. The hotel is centerally located and near restaraunts, etc.

Hotel is wel located, close to restaurants and night life. That is all. Rooms are very poorly decorated, bathroom installations are very bad (looks like a road hostel), low quality toiletries. Breakfast in pretty poor, only basic coffee, milk, juice and bread. At least the wifi was working.

I found the hotel to be good enough to stay a night when we had to move in our trips to Baños and Galápagos. We could store some of our luggage before going to Galápagos that was a good thing. The hotel works exclusively with a guide that also has cars for rental. The breakfast is simple but ok. Economic... More

It's an average hotel and for the money I think I could've done better. The first disappointment was the transfer from the airport to the hotel. When I made the reservation they told me the transfer was $25. They send the car that works with the hotel (not just any taxi). To my surprise at the time of paying the... More

We stayed here 4 nights. The staff was helpful, although English speakers were hard to come by at night. We got a suite, which had lots of space. Lots of noise from traffic, but I expect that's true everywhere in Quito. Close enough to walk to Plaza Fosch, the Mindalae Museum, and Parque Carolina Nothing fancy, but comfortable.

I stayed here for one week while in Quito before working in the Galapagos for two months. I had a great stay at this hotel. It is close enough to walk most places, the rooms are very clean and some include a small kitchenette with stove and mini-frig for a very reason price. It is less fancy compared to other... More

We spent 3 nights end of October. We had a nice suite with kitchenette. The room and the bathroom were large and clean. This hotel is in a quiet location of La Mariscal district, though not far from Colon Street where you can find many good restaurants. Public transportation is of walking distance. The staff is dedicated but only speak... More

Spent with a friend three nights. Hotel is just ok, nothing extraordinary. Rooms are small but clean and recently remodeled. Breakfast is very poor. Even though its close to plaza foch which is the trendy part of city, on weekdays nights could be dangerous around the hotel (that's the impression we had). Hotel is just ok to overnight. Leave early... More

The rooms are clean, modern and newly renovated. The location is very convenient, albeit loud. Price is ok too. The bad: 1- terrible, terrible staff. With no sense of customer service and creating a hospitable ambiance 2- It is not save to leave your valuables in the room. 150 usd got stolen from me. When reported, I myself was blamed... More
