It's an average hotel and for the money I think I could've done better. The first disappointment was the transfer from the airport to the hotel. When I made the reservation they told me the transfer was $25. They send the car that works with the hotel (not just any taxi). To my surprise at the time of paying the... More

We stayed here 4 nights. The staff was helpful, although English speakers were hard to come by at night. We got a suite, which had lots of space. Lots of noise from traffic, but I expect that's true everywhere in Quito. Close enough to walk to Plaza Fosch, the Mindalae Museum, and Parque Carolina Nothing fancy, but comfortable.

I stayed here for one week while in Quito before working in the Galapagos for two months. I had a great stay at this hotel. It is close enough to walk most places, the rooms are very clean and some include a small kitchenette with stove and mini-frig for a very reason price. It is less fancy compared to other... More

We spent 3 nights end of October. We had a nice suite with kitchenette. The room and the bathroom were large and clean. This hotel is in a quiet location of La Mariscal district, though not far from Colon Street where you can find many good restaurants. Public transportation is of walking distance. The staff is dedicated but only speak... More

Spent with a friend three nights. Hotel is just ok, nothing extraordinary. Rooms are small but clean and recently remodeled. Breakfast is very poor. Even though its close to plaza foch which is the trendy part of city, on weekdays nights could be dangerous around the hotel (that's the impression we had). Hotel is just ok to overnight. Leave early... More

The rooms are clean, modern and newly renovated. The location is very convenient, albeit loud. Price is ok too. The bad: 1- terrible, terrible staff. With no sense of customer service and creating a hospitable ambiance 2- It is not save to leave your valuables in the room. 150 usd got stolen from me. When reported, I myself was blamed... More

My stay here was amazing to say the least. We left to the beach for a few days and felt glad to be back to Quito and stay here. The hotel is clean and inviting. The staff was so friendly and answered all of our questions. When we first arrived my friend was very sick and didn´t get better in... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and will stay here again next time we are in Quito. Very secure, well-run hotel, nicely decorated lobby. Rooms are functional & clean, could use some decorating with color. Beds were comfortable and good hot water in the shower. Breakfast here is a nice experience with fresh rolls, yogurt, eggs, juice, coffee. Suggestion would be... More

It was nice to be just a little bit outside the noise of New Town. Their description says the hotel is "cozy" but the rooms are actually a little sterile. They're big, but mostly wasted space. Staff is friendly, though and rooms are clean.

Stayed here for 3 nights in late March. Took one of their Suites, which was very good value. Simple room with everything you need, including a kitchenette. Nicely appointed & clean, although nothing fancy. Light breakfast was included. My only caution here, was that it was difficult to get assistance in English. You would need some tourist-level Spanish to stay... More
