We stayed at Mia Leticia during our first two nights in Ecuador. The hotel is within walking distance to several sites in the Historical Centre of Quito. We had excellent service before and during our stay. The hostal arranged our taxi ride from the airport so we had someone waiting for us when we arrived, holding a sign with our... More

Rooms are pretty basic. The breakfast is fine. The location is great. The staff are friendly (and one of them speaks fantastic English, which made life easier for me). Rooms at the front are really noisy. Pillows are too hard, although you'll probably struggle to sleep well anywhere in quito due to the altitude. But the central courtyard - that's... More

I stayed here for a week in January and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has lots of character with the beautiful bright reception area. The breakfast was good and served until a reasonable time, as I don’t like having to get up too early. The room was good with a private bathroom.... More

This hostal is quite a surprise. Don't set your expectation too much since this is no frill hotel and you should judge this hotel based on the price you have to pay. The location of the hotel is perfect for Quito. It was easy to find. It could be noisy during the day but there was no problem of noise... More

Me and my friend spent 4 days at Mia Leticia, and had a very pleasant time there. Carlos was very helpful and friendly as well as all his stuff! The location is very central and we felt quite safe. We had a heater in our room what can be of use in Quito. I can highly recommend this pace!

We stayed here in November for 5 nights and loved it. They call themselves a hostel but i think they are really under selling the place. The staff are super helpful, the locationis great, it feels secure yet homely and the breakfasts are awesome... Can't really ask for much more than that!! Thank you Carlos & team!! :)

Carlos, Monica, Cesar, Johnny and Karen are very helpful in all aspects. Breakfast, Laundry, Airport reception, travel recomendations. Small and very well coordinated staff. It is a nice downtown hostal with all the pros and cons of this choice. Healthy passenger environment. Good experience for our children. We would return to Mia Leticia.

We stayed at Mia Leticia for 5 nights and had a great time. It is a great little B&B in the historical part of town. Carlos was great and helped us get taxis and town info and was right on top of it when my daughter was sick. Having tea ready for her every evening when we got back from... More

Stayed here for four nights. The hostel is on the edge of the relatively 'safe' area in Quito Old Town. There are prostitutes on the street corners day and night in this area but there are plenty of police around up until around 9pm and so you do feel safe. Just don't go out too late in Quito! The hostel... More

Thanks for your comments, we will take your criticism seriously. Maybe if there was a neglect by the owner, but this will change immediately. Because we really do enfacis in cleaning, but surely we must make improvements More

I stayed here for 3 days in December. It is a small, yet comfortable hostal. The evenings can be a little noisy, but that could be simply because we were there during Festivale. The breakfast was great. Just make sure they understand if you want an earlier breakfast before departure. The rooms are fine. Clean and neat. No lift....lots of... More
