I had a great time at the hostel! The Atmosphere is great and it is clean. Showers are very good. I stayed there in total for almost two weeks. When I came back to Quito after a trip to Banos, i wanted to stay at this hostel again. When you want to stay in Quito, stay at hostel revolution!

One of the best hostels in Ecuador if not even the BEST! Sandra is an amazing host which means a clean hostel with very well equipped kitchen, all day hot water, strong Wifi, comfy beds and a relaxed + fun atmosphere which is second to none. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Location is perfect - situated in old town,... More

We absolutely loved this hostel. The owner, Sandra, is probably one of the nicest people we have run into dyeing our 8 months travelling. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. We had reserved 3 nights and ended up booking a jungle trip while in Quito and re arranging the... More

I've been travelling around for 6 months and this hostel was by far one of the cleanest and most comfortable. The dorms are very spacious, the showers are very clean and always have hot water. The communal area is great for meeting other travellers with a good social vibe. There is also a chill out room with sofas, a big... More

I absolutely love this place! The people are friendly, resourceful, witty, and love conversation. Sandra has a lot of experience here and really loves her job-- she is always around if you have questions or need advice on anything. It's clean, comfortable, and very easy to find. A great place to be, that I just can't stay away from! The... More

A disappointingly average hostel given the rave reviews and its mention in Lonely Planet. Location, cleanliness, and facilities are all average, but what really lets this place down is a total lack of atmosphere and the couldn't care less staff. The management think the way to create a warm welcome is to put officious signs in the kitchen about cleaning... More

The hostel itself cannot be happy or unhappy. It is the guests that make it that way. Saying that everyone was boring or unhappy, apart form being unrealistic, reflects on you equally. There are reminders in the kitchen asking people to leave it as clean as they found it. That is here to stay and it has nothing to do... More

The hostel provided a map of the city and gave information about how to get around. Good wifi, clean sheets, and hot water (when the weather was freezing)! Old town is walkable distance.Tricky to figure out bus routes though...

This is a solid and safe hostel. There are exceptionally helpful staff who will guide you round Quito and Ecuador as required. The hostel has a good small communal area and they keep a well stocked fridge of reasonably priced beer and water. If you're looking for a budget quiet hostel then this is for you

Hostel Revolution was super comfortable -both the rooms and the common spaces. The kitchen was extremely clean and well stocked. The hostel provides a really great setting to meet and chat with other travelers with the tables and bar in the common room. The owner Sandra knows the area well and is really and helpful with organizing day trips out... More

Defently one of the best hostel on my long journey! Would not leave :-) friendly, helpful and nice owner! And also the stuff is supr nice and helps you with everything. The rooms are big and clean. Comfortable mattress and enough blankets for a good and warm sleeping. Warm showers all the time and even when the hostel was good... More
