My husband and I live in Chile and we've been frequent guests of this establishment, visiting once a year at the very least. We've never had issues here and though perhaps the food COULD be better (we think it's lovely) or perhaps it may be overpriced for what you get (we never thought so), in general we've always been happy... Stayed here March 2007 (not 2013) as part of a elf-organized wine tour. Rooms were outstanding and public spaces beautiful. Restaurant was delightful at breakfast and dinner, and the wine list was very nice.

A really nice experience if you have a conference, business meeting or just want to relax few days. Located almost in the Andes and isolated fro the rest of the world you will enjoy the nature and the overhalming energy of the Andes. Combined with a good service, good (red) wines, good food, excellent swimming pools , ( both ,... More

This is a quiet, relaxing, thermal spa. The complex has something for everyone in the family, but it’s mainly an adult’s heaven. We did not stayed in summer, therefore, the outside pool was too cold to enjoy. We were told that in summer water is warmer. The inside pool is heated but on weekends gets a bit crowded, considering the... More

A lovely place in a beautiful setting with the worse restaurant ever! Such a terrible meal and not cheap! The meat was tough and rubbery. We were offered something else, but the other choices were just as bad. Would NOT recommend.

Had lunch here and was very disappointed. Beautiful location and stunning views from the restaurant but that is where the magic stopped ! Menu was very limited; and the quality of the food was very poor. Aubergine soup was edible but downed by cumin. Steak was tough, chewy and stringy. The bread was the only tasty part! Service is ok.... More

I booked a 3-day stay for relaxation with my wife and parents. It was nice for the most part - the setting is lovely and the facilities are nice and in good condition. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted, and chauffeured to our rooms in golf carts. We stayed in the standard rooms, which are simple and clean, and come... More

They will ask you to wire payment in advance to their bank. DON'T DO IT! We wired money for one night's stay. The money left our bank account, and their bank later confirmed they had received it. But the hotel denied they had received the money. They were unfriendly and unhelpful even after we sent the confirmation information several times.... More

Spectacular views and energy from the desert and the mountains. Great place for relaxing or working in a secluded atmosphere (there is nothing, no towns near the hotel). The food is quite good except for breakfast, which has little variety, including just one option for eggs, which where always soggy. Restaurant staff was very efficient and nice, but staff from... This is a beautiful property but is not by North American standards a 5 star resort. It is at best 3 star. The value for money is low. Our room was a superior room but lacked space, was in the middle of the building and had fishbowl like windows for all to see in. The room was small and cramped.... More
