Staff are rude and would not take responsibility for anything. I.e. lack of water and bed bugs. They took 3000 pesos for family dinner and provided the smallest food portion possible. Spent less than the budget and ate for free at the expense of the traveller. Unacceptable. Find another place.

This is a lovely, lovely hostel - on the beautiful Templeman, with big rooms, comfortable beds, the best wifi we encountered in Chile or Argentina, with a great range of guests, and a homely atmosphere. Whether sitting outside with a beer, having a great breakfast prepared by staff in a kitchen you can use yourself, or just relaxing on the... More

Only stayed for one day but the staff were really nice, letting me check in and get into bed at 6am after getting off a rather uncomfortable night bus, as long as I was quiet and didn't wake anyone else. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, with each bed having it's own power outlet. Common areas were bright and comfortable and... More

You won't get a silent minute at this hostel. The reception always play loud crappy music and refuse to lower the volume. It's kids running around and you hear every step outside the door. It's a dirty hostel, they never seem to clean the rooms. The people that work here are very unfriendly and can't solve problems. They failed up... More

We made a reservation two days in advance for another night at this hostel, but on the same day the reservation was due to they told us they made a mistake and our reservation wasn't valid anymore. Even though it wasn't our fault, we had to change hostel and the staff wasn't very friendly. They play loud music all day... More

This place is just gorgeous! Location is brilliant, it's not too small but also not too big. The staff are amazing! They make delicious breakfast for you in the morning, then hang out for drinks in the evening. I liked how the common areas were kinda small, everyone joined in for conversation. Wifi worked well. We laughed, we partied, I... More

3 of us stayed in this small friendly hostel. You can't help but befriend your fellow guests as this hostels communal areas are quite small. Location is decent and you pass it on the walking tour - the "we're not hippies we're happies" sign is right outside. Breakfast is amazing so don't drink too much and sleep in.

We had a very good time with my girlfriend. Very good service, nice people, travelers from around the world. It felt secure. We rented a private room, it was a bit small, but that was not a problem, the one thing we did not like was that our room had no windows, something that no one told us before we... More

I stayed here for New Years Eve. There was a 4 night minimum I had to book, but other didn't, which was annoying. The breakfast is small, but nice. They have a great patio to relax on and play cards. While I was there everyone was very friendly and social. Its a short walk to the ascensadors, and it is... More

The hostel itself is not the bestest in the world, but bed and rooms are ok, the bathrooms could be a little cleanier and one more of those couldn't hurt either, considering the amount of guests this place can hold. Very good location. The breakfast, though, is what would make me come back anytime. It will be prepared by the... More
