Booked Hostal Patricia via hostel bookers for new year...Good thing I emailed in particular to confirm our reservation... The thing is, they haven't updated their post in hostel bookers, and the reservation has not reached the hostel yet...Then the owner is giving me a price quadruple the price quoted in the hostelbookers site... We paid the reservation fee already and she doesnt want to accept or confirm... Uhmm they want to take advantage of the season... Oh well... It would be such a disaster if we arrived over there and find out that we have no place to sleep...
Piece of advice, its better to call hostels first to confirm reservation... If you can avoid using this booking site, its better...or if you're unlucky (like me picking Hostal Patricia), you will find yourself arguing in the hostel or will have no place to sleep... more
