This hotel is very close to the city center and the business area. The area has some nice restaurants and it is safe to walk around! The comfort of this hotel is average. Hence, do not expect very high comfort level. Bed sheets were clean and WiFi was more or less OK! However, for two nights it was OK! The... More

This hotel is very close to the business area, it's safe to walk around, there are great restaurants around. The Costanera Mall is walking distance, so it's very convenient if you like to walk. About the hotel, it is kinda old, so not very comfortable. The basics: hot water, wifi and clean bed sheets were ok. I was in a... More

Since the time that we arrived to the hotel the staff in charge at the reception was awful, even though we where able to speak the language. Just cero interest in helping you out. I regretted the fact I had prepaid a 2 day stay on my credit card without knowing the place...facts are that after waiting 2 hours at... More

Lots of theft within the hotel, the police were called several times whilst we were staying! Was a good location though. Hotel staff didn't speak English and were difficult... Be very carefull whilst staying here

Although the location was great... the hotel certainly was not. The rooms were ok and the maids were fantastic at keeping the room clean and presented. However, the reception staff were awful. They did not smile, they did not acknowledge patrons upon arrival, they did all they could to avoid contact. There were 3 bags stolen from public areas within... More

Had my bag stolen in the lobby here on check out. My friend had hers taken from under her chair in breakfast. The same day another man had his taken from the lobby also. Watching the security tape we saw a place infested with theives. No security on door regardless of them viewing these tapes. Seriously watch your bags if... More

Initially we were impressed with the location and rooms at the hotel but in the week we were staying there were three cases of people having all of their belongings stolen from within the hotel. Staff were badly trained and didn't speak English. Security was practically non-existent which makes the hotel a target for gangs working the area. We were... More

Travelling as a group of 14 on a business trip, twice we had bags stolen with passports and laptops from within the breakfast area. The staff did not care. Expensive and not safe. Do not recommend. Unless you enjoy high prices, flooding rooms, arrogant service, poor wifi and a terrible stay.

The rooms at this place are how I imagine rooms at a seminary for monks: spartan. Two tiny beads with threadbare coverings, and of course, lumpy mattresses. One tiny wooden desk with a hard wooden chair. Electric fittings tacked on to the outside of the walls. What blows your mind is that the interior is totally 1930s, whilst the exterior... More
