I was in this Hotel just two days ago. The pictures they show about the Hotel at their website have a lot of photoshop. I'm very disappointed about the place. The service is terrible. The TV didn't work. The shower tap water was broken. The soap is too cheap for a "3 stars hotel". No shampoo either. Nothing to drink.... More

Good location in Paris/Londres...a bit of a surprise...we were not expecting a hotel/hostel. But the Australian receptionist was marvelous, we had a very large room on the ground floor looking out to the courtyard. Its a bit eclectic, and by no means modern, but for the price and location it works out just fine! Great recommendation for dinner in a... More

this hotel/ hostel is located in the heart of the paris/ londres district mentioned in all the tourist guides....a picturesque building in a charming neighborhood. the room was ok, high ceilings and spacious [i had a 'PREMIUM" room] wifi was good, breakfast so/so. service was a bit chaotic, but everyone was pleasant. if you want everything perfect, this is not... The hotel is old and would need to be refurbished. It is clean. It is located in a nice and central area. The staff is very welcoming. This is reasonable for Santiago.

We stayed only one night with a friend who was in a single room. I did not see his room, but I imagine it was a lot worse than ours because he said he had no windows. We had a room with a window directly on the charming square beneath. We woke up with a photo shooting below our window.... More

Although they have an exterior with great character, the cleanliness of the interior is seriously lacking. More than half the people that work there need serious customer service training. You can not make outside calls, the towels smell like they were washed with greasy kitchen ones, and the breakfast is a cold piece of bread with two slices of cheese.... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 3 nights in January 2007 and we loved it. I think what most people are missing here is the price your paying for your room. A double room was 60 bucks. The service was polite and the transport service from the airport was punctual and efficient. I can't comment on the breakfast since... More

The room we stayed in - room 201 - was at the top of the stairs next to reception and continuously noisy with a brief respite between 02:00 and 04:30. (Reception leaves the television on and there is loud chatter continuously coupled with the traffic going up & down the creaky stairs) The hotel management agreed to change our room... More

We stayed there two times. Curiously, none of them in the plaza londres hotel, because we were sent to other hotel called londres 35. The first one was full, even though we had made the reservation with them directly. Anyway, both hotel are old, with little rooms and bathrooms, very noisy. They are more bad youth hostels than a three... More

If you go to the website of this hotel, it seems a nice, warm villa in the middle of Santiago. The reality is completely different. You will find a very basic hotel, with rooms dark and not really clean. We booked a double room via e.mail (reservation confirmed by the hotel), but when arrived nobody knew about this reservation. Luckily,... More
