It is shorter to recall the good points: (1) the location is good ! 15 minutes by foot from plaza de Armas and 5 minutes from the piato bellavista (2) the front desk personnel were very nice and helpful (3) the Wi-Fi internet was OK. Breakfast was reasonable. Other than those: the contact person didn't reply to my emails -... More

The hotel is in a nice location, not far from the subway (Plaza Italiano) and Belle Vista (10-15 minute walk). Staff is friendly, speak English well and are very helpful. The breakfast is decent, not great, but the buffet provides enough selections to assemble a good morning meal. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, but as the previous posting said,... More

Hotel is due for a refurb, other than this its somewhat reasonable. Only hotel to date that eggs aren't provided for breakfast and an additional charge is required. I'm sure there is better value for money elsewhere in Santiago.

Hotel nippon is clean and tidy, the rooms are dated but the desk staff were great, the breakfast if you were realy hungry might be ok but the food was very price driven and we considered it below average. But the hotel restaurant over the road was great. Hotel nippon has a good location , clean and tidy, fair priced... More

First hotel on round South America booked through Eclipse Travel Sydney Very comfortable, good location, safe in room, good bathroom, breakfast was good, good bed and pillows, little noisy if in rooms that face street but fine with windows closed. Nice park only 100m away. All in all a good location, subway close by to access all the highlights of... More

Very good location within walking distance of Centro and many of the sights but quiet at night. The reception staff spoke good English and were helpful. Breakfast was included and was plain but good. Taxi driver had some difficulty finding it but there was only a minor delay while he asked police for directions.

No problem with getting to this hotel from the airport, I used Transvip shuttle which had no problem whatsoever finding the place; despite other reviews. The driver used a gps, also the next morning picked me up right on time as well, plenty of time to catch my outbound flight. The front desk guys (2 separate ones) were very nice... More

I called this hotel and was told they had one room left for the same day. To reserve that room, they asked me to send them my credit card details by e-mail, which is not very safe of course, but I did it anyways to be sure. Five hours later I got an e-mail stating that unfortunately a guest had... More
