This hotel was booked for me by people in Chile. I had no idea what it would be like and was very pleasantly surprised. All the staff, without exception, were very friendly and helpful. Simple but comfortable rooms, many of which have spectacular views of the Andes. Located in la Providencia, it's convenient to the subway and there are a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet is very good. Front desk staff is helpful (especially the younger guy who works day shift). Rooms have wifi. An excellent value. more
