The hotel is very nice and staff speaks very good English. Front desk as well as general staff. The breakfast is not robust, but of good quality. The hotel is near several very good restaurants. They are located about 5-10 minute walk directly left out of the hotel. Their is a few before the intersection with the street with a... More

We were welcomed with smiles and Felipe was outstanding!! He saved our trip by going above and beyond while we dined on the adorable patio. If we go back to Santiago this is the only place we would stay!!

The hotel Bidasoa has many advantages and a single disadvantage. Advantages: it is a kind of boutique hotel, with few rooms, the place is outside the center, in a chic and secure residential area, with many houses and buildings of up to six floors, very quiet, all day long (great for sleeping). Excellent beds, air conditioned, flat TV, free wi-fi,... More

I spent an excellent night in this hotel, its located in a beautiful area, and the dinner in the restaurant was delicious with a wide selection of foods, and table service, everything in general was very nice, especially the bedroom. I felt very comfortable and pleased. They really care about their guests!!

We spent one night here in transit to Patagonia and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The service was excellent and friendly. At least one staff member at the front desk was able to communicate very effectively in English and kindly helped translate when we needed help in the dining room. The food was outstanding (especially the ceviche and the steak and... More

This is quite a nice hotel with a pleasant communal area and professional staff. However we were given a room in the annexe on the ground floor, looking directly onto the car park, which was noisy and meant you had to keep the curtains closed. We were also right next to the cleaners' cupboard, which again was noisy from first... More

Stayed for 1 night on route to Pucon. Rooms good size. They were clean. The front desk staff were helpful with good English. Quickly explained how to get to the closest mall and get into the city. Situated in a upmarket part of Santiago so very pleasant and safe. Good wi-fi.
