The hotel is in a nice building, in a nice area, not far from downtown and the airport. The rooms are very large; we had a king size bed, sofa, table, writing desk. Although the furniture appears a little aged, the bathroom has a modern walk-in shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We 1st stayed at the Torremayor in 2011 and when we knew we were returning to Chile we re booked. The hotel is a little tired but the rooms are big and spacious for us to spread out. The staff were lovely and breakfast was good. We could walk every where we needed to go including to the top of... More

This part of the city is lovely, close to several embassies with underground transport not too far away. The hotel was delightful and the staff were really helpful to us. Breakfast was a fairly standard meal, but definitely on the good side of acceptable. There are also some good places to eat in the vicinity, though personally I would avoid... More

The hotel is clean, comfortable, with an excellent location at Providencia neighborhood. The breakfast I not the best, but is good enough. Beds as very comfortable and rooms are quiet. The staff is very rude and not at all prepared or trained to give the right information to the customers. This was my 3rd time at this hotel and I... More

A nice, clean hotel in a very good location relatively close to the Metro..not in the heart of downtown Santiago but in a relatively quiet suburb...not enough outlets in the room for electronics but amiable and personable staff....our group was leaving prior to the restaurant being open for breakfast so we were provided with coffee and a few little sandwiches....in... I chose this hotel due to its perfect location!!! It is just 3 minutes walking to the subway station and it is near many restaurants, stores, malls, etc. The hotel is great! Very nice, breakfast delicious and the staff is very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure!!

This is a nice hotel with large bedrooms and a huge bathroom. It's a more classic feel and design versus modern and has been pretty well maintained. I will definitely consider staying here on future trips.

Only stayed 1 night , as tour left early due to Argentinian border strike , so maybe view was affected by tiredness/jet lag etc. but area not the best , no restaurants as such but lots of burgers , sandwich bars etc. there is supermarket within. 2 mins for beer, water, snacks etc. On arrival so much missing from room,... After a long flight it was great to be upgraded to a large luxurious corner suite with a view of the snow capped Andes. The bathroom was enormous. And Santiago turned on summery weather. Good breakfast included

The hotels staff is very helpful. I couldn't speak anything in Spanish when I arrived but they've tried and understood me. Absolutely no problems with room cleaning services. I've been also told that the breakfast here is better then in other places. Also, the neighbourhood is very safe and there are supermarkets, drugstores and malls nearby, oh, and subway stations...
