nice hotel in a quite area of Santiago. In walking distance you may reach some business districts with several bars + restaurants. Rooms are small but ok, internet access is sufficient and nice atmosphere. I found the breakfeast in the morning a bit overloaded, it happened several times that food was out or plates were missing. The quality of the... More

I stayed here for 4 nights total on each end of a 10 day trip to Chile. Superbly friendly staff, centrally located in El Golf section of Santiago, and easy walking o wonderful restaurants, subway, hotels and the new Costnera Center. You won't go wrong staying here. They even stored some of my luggage for me for free while I... More

Ask for an omelette during breakfast, or else you will never know that they serve it. My colleagues really enjoyed it :-) The free WiFi Internet connection is stable throughout the hotel, and the speed is good. The single-bed room is a bit crowded, but it has a very warm feeling, and it was well equipped. The staff was very... More

The hotel is very close the El Golf station and also walking distance from the Costanera center. We spent two nights at the hotel, and our last night at the hotel we had the a/c not working. The room got pretty hot and unfortunately the front desk personnel could not get the a/c working during night so we had to... More

Room is clean enough and this is an excellent location. But the AC in my room did not work so it never got colder than 27C. Staff was unhelpful and that's a polite way to put it. It took a lot of back and forth to finally get a new room. The internet is really slow- not a great hotel... More

Service was quite nice here but that's about it. Wifi was not great and the elevators wet teeny tiny. I stayed during the summer there and the hallway smelled quite disgustingly of sewage, thankfully the smell did not enter our room but our friend was also a guest in a different floor and their room smelled appalling. Breakfast was a... More

The hotel is small and has basic amenities. Rooms are quite small, lighting is not very good and windows are single-paned and don't close very well. The heating (I was there in winter) took forever to heat up the room and the type of windows didn't help. There happened to be a construction site next door, so it was quite... More

Stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our South America Tour. It is a very comfortable hotel. The room size is good. The location is great, just 5 mins form El Golf Metro and 10 mins from restaurants along Isidora Goyenchea. Welcome drink was lovely, we had a pisco sour - delicous. Breakfast buffet good, eggs cooked to... More

After a long flight it was a pleasure to find ourselves staying in this friendly, quiet yet central hotel. All the staff were determined to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable with either twin or double beds. We had lunch and an evening meal in the hotel. Both were good and the accompanying wine excellent. The bar staff... More
