We stayed here for the first part of our Honeymoon. They have those amazing glass elevators and golden Lions at the entrance. We hit the spa right away - a relaxing facial for me and reflexology for my husband which he claims is "the best foot rub ever". The view of the Andes Mountains from our room was breathtaking. The... more

I stayed there for just one night, we were back from skiing in Valle Nevado and we were delighted to stay there. The rooms are very beautiful, very comfortable big beds. We had an early flight the other day so they server the breakfast at our bedroom at 5 a.m.! Strawberrys, bread, cake, toast, juice, nothing was missing! Although it´s... more

Hotel is good and located close to the best mall in town. However you question the value as there are other nearby hotels. The pool side is good and the spa is best. Take advantage of that if you are going to pay this much. Please don't take the taxi service from the hotel. Very expensive. Walk few steps and... more

Place is beautiful - but that is what suckers you into the rip off. They will charge you for dearly for everything especially for internet use. We were told that breakfast was included when we checked in - then were charged $30/day for it when we checked out (Management would not back off -and liteally argued with me - so... more

I do not have enough words in my vocabulary to describe this place. We stayed here at the end of our cruise for a day and a half and it was wonderful. We were greeted at check in with awesome fresh OJ and had a nice lunch in the lobby. The rooms on the higher floors, if you have one... more

This modern, soaring, center-atrium hotel is a good choice, on the upper (but not luxury) end of hotels. It is in the booming (much construction) northern side of the city. It is necessary to take a taxi to other locations in the city, but they were always available, and were reasonable. (The hotel doorman asked when we returned twice what... more
