Very nice hotel. Good breakfast buffet and very good location, only 1 minute from the metro Universidad de Chile and a few minutes walk to the city center. It is not the most modern hotel but the room was clean and has a fine size, the bed was good and the wifi worked even though it was a bit slow.

It's not the kind of hotel you'll remember forever, however it certainly is well located, modern, and front staff are kind and accomodating. We were on a group tour, so no choice on accommodations, but it worked out great! The hotel is well located - right near the main plaza, a subway station, and loads of currency exchange places. A... Paying $10 for Doritos (when I ordered nachos) seems fine if they are accompanied with some sort of salsa/beans etc ... But a crappy highly processed melted cheese is not good enough... tiny rooms with a/c that barely worked in 30+ degrees celcius ... Appaling decor throughout the hotel ... Looks as tho there are simply rand colour swatches (normally... More

Chile is such a friendly country. I was with G Adventures, and we had a nice area in the bar and restaurant to have a meeting. I ate at the bar; it's very limited with food but is good to have. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and this hotel is centrally located. It might be a little dated... More

Stayed in this hotel 3 times as used as a base in Santiago whilst travelling back and for to other parts of Chile. The rooms were standard clean and spacious with a good bath and shower with plenty of hot water. Friendly staff in the bar with good snacks and drinks, but best to avoid the nachos with cheese sauce.... More

The hotel was pleasant but nothing to write home about. The location is good as it's near the center of the city, the Cerro Santa Lucia, the National Library, Plaza de Armas, etc. The service was OK at best. I had a Chilean friend come to visit me and they told her I wasn't registered at the hotel! She left... More

great location if you just need a room while passing through Santiago ( which actually is a very nice city). Clean and adequate rooms and at least they had eggs for breakfast. Walking distance to most sites and convenient to the subway and pedestrian streets.

The location to several main sites, the subway, and an ATM was great. It took me some time to remember how to get to my room across the bridge in building 2. I think my room was quiet, clean, and spacious. I just got turned around more than once trying to get to the main lobby and breakfast. The breakfast... More

The location is really great, near the tub (subdway) and near the "Ahumada" street (Paseo Ahumada) where there is a lot of stores to shopping. The hotel is in downtown and you can take the subway to go to a lot of touristic places. You can walk to the central market but it is a bit far (about 30 minutes... More
