The hotel is pretty nice and has been recently renovated. Location is excellent. Rooms are ok, breakfast is nothing special but ok too, personnel is not exactly friendly but still all that is "average" and not bad. However, the wifi is sooo bad, it is unbelievable. In a previous comment management said that they "have upgraded the wifi, doubling its... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your comments, we always value feedback to be able to better our services. We had improved our broadband connection, though unfortunately our network supplier had made a technical error during peak hours causing the problem. We are working to prevent this from happening again and extend our apologies for the inconvenience. Regards More

The hotel is nice, perfectly located two blocks away from Isidora Goyenechea where there are plenty of high-scale dining options. And a few blocks away from the metro station. The rooms are big and the hotel is in very neat condition. The only issue I found was network connectivity. Wifi was really bad. Intermittent and slow to a crawl. This... More

Had a short but sweet stay at this hotel. Has the basic amenities, a WONDERFUL SHOWER, comfortable bed. Very large room, with couch and desk in one area and the bed / tv in another - which was convenient. Very clean, no complaints really. Breakfast was average - nothing special but enough to satisfy your hunger. Friendly staff. I really... More

I stayed at Director Hotel in August 2013 for business. Although it is not flashy at all (actually on the boring side), I am very happy about the hotel, and definitely consider coming back. (Pros) (1) The location is very nice. Posh and quiet neighborhood. Close to both the Tobalaba and El Golf subway stations. Lot of good restaurants and... More

Nice hotel. Rooms were of a respectable size! Breakfast is great. Reception very helpful. In a very nice area with access to a good selection of very good restaurants within walking distance. I would go back there!

The Diector El Golf is in a nice part of Santiago that is safe and clean with restaurants, shopping and transport near by. The welcome from the staff was very good. My room had two single beds and a lounge suite. The room was clean but a bit dated and in need of an update. It just needs a coat... More

Perfect location in an absolutely delightful, safe, neighbourhood for a "Way out of Towner"! The hotel was enjoyably quiet for a very urban, shopping neighbourhood. The hotel staff were for the most part very helpful though the first night I had a bit of a hard time convincing the person at the desk that it would be possible to order a pizza... More

Spacious room with comfy bed and all amenities you need. Near metro station El Golf. It lacks amenities like coffee machine, microwave. The wifi in the room was consistent without any drop in connectivity. There are many good restaurants close to this hotel. Overall a good experience.

Stayed for a week great decision made! Good location (at Las Condes), near restaurants, train station (El Golf), drugstores; etc. Friendly staff, very nice and big rooms with all the amenities you need; also good wifi connectivity. I really recommend the hotel. As said was a good decision made! Don't hesitate to stay here...

Stayed for 3 nights and only paid £40 per night, great location close to some good restaurants, good friendly staff, rooms were very nice. Bed was very comfy. Only downside was that the computers werent very good and the wifi was very inconsistent. Santiago is such a beautiful place, would definately stay here again!
