Good hotel to stay for some days, but certinly not more than that. Breakfast area is crowded all the time and the choise limited. Generally, a badly overpriced 3-star hotel. Some colleagues stayed in various hotels around the corner with lower prices and better service. Be very careful about the reservation. “Great Help”

After turning up for a late check in, I found out my booking had been cancelled accidentally by hotels.com. 3 day stay was paid in advance but only a cancelled booking showing. Hotel was fully booked but management found a room and sorted out with hotels.com and made my stay more than welcoming.

“Good Hotel at Good Location”

This hotel has very high standard of all provided services. Rooms are clean and very quite. When you come early morning (flights from US & Europe) you have to pat extra for early check-in but it is definitely worthy. Curtains are thick so you can completely block the light. “My option in Santiago”

I came back to this hoel after almost 2years I didn't visit Santiago. This time it was for pleasure. I found the good hotel I knew with added free wifi and with same prices I was use to. The location, spacious rooms and attitude of the staff makes it MY option in Santiago
