I spent my last night in Chile here, before heading home to the states, and I wanted to splurge a bit on a "nice" hotel. And it is a nice hotel--more americanized than anywhere else I stayed (it is a Best Western, after all). Let me get my only complaint out of the way--my room was down at the end... more

The rooms are ok, big enough, but the location is a little uncomfortable. You have to walk 10 minutes to go to the other side of the bridge or take a taxi. The breakfasts is not good, the guys a pushing are you when is almost finish, they start to take everything out!! sometimes there was not juice, everything, but... more

We stayed at the Best Western Los Espanoles for 3 nights end of April/beginning of May. Overall I think it was a great choice. The hotel is located in a beautiful, upscale, tree-lined residential area and is just a few minutes walk from shopping and dining in Providencia. It is an easy walk to the metro (approx 10 minutes) and... more

My wife and I were in Santiago for only three days. The desk managers [Juan - days; Hector - evenings] were so helpful in many ways. Reservations, directions, airlines and cars to get us around. They made a special effort to give us information to make our time in Santiago more fun and productive. The hotel is small, in a... more

We had only one night in Santiago and almost decided to stay at the airport hotel since we got in late and had to leave early the next day. However, we decided to try this hotel based on the Trip Advisor reviews, and were not disappointed. A couple of reviewers mentioned that they had problems with the taxi service arranged... more

not too impressed to start with as there was a mix up with the taxi we ordered and staff were not very sympathetic however the place redeemed itself as we were served by great staff on our final day most notably Hector on reception and Sara (not sure of name?) in the restaurant. the rooms are great very spacious absolutely... more

We had a large room for 3 people and it was clean and comfortable. We had asked for a non-smoking room, and noticed there was an ashtray in the room and no signs that said non-smoking. However, there was no smoky smell so we were OK with it. The hotel was not very crowded when we were visiting, so I... more

Couldn't agree more with previous reviewer, blah blah blue. Only thing to add is that the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the bar makes a great pisco sour. more

This hotel is certainly not like any Best Western I've ever seen in the states. It felt like I was staying in a warm Chilean home, not a 2nd rate motel. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Each room is different. Some are much bigger than others. That didn't bother me, though. The 2nd room I stayed in reminded me... more

The hotel is a pleasant hotel hidden in a quiet neighborhood of Santiago. The quiet is nice, but the downside is that it is a bit far removed from the more active portions of Santiago. On the plus side, it is a short walk to a great outdoor sculpture garden and the theater. The staff was very nice and helpful... more
