We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We got a Junior suite at the 4th floor. The room is very beautiful and big. The location is very good, 3 blocks from La Moneda metro station. The breakfast is also very good. But I have two complains about it: - when we turned the shower on, we had to wait... more

When we checked in, they had "lost" our reservation, but, I'd printed off a copy when I had made it -- so after much discussion among themselves and their management they honored it. Got a nasty room for the effort (very, very small -- no a/c, and naturally windows opening onto the street noise). But, the next day they moved... more

This is my second time at the Panamericano and I can't thank them enough for their courteous staff, cleanliness and attention to every detail. It's not the Sheraton or the Ramada but it's more than a hotel; it's a home away from home. The Manager, and his staff are always available to give information and assist their guests to get... more

This hotel is in a good central location. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. However, you get what you pay for and it's not luxury! If you fancy a hotel instead of a hostel then this is your place. It is a bit odd, a couple of floors appear to be occupied by residential care. It can... more

I found this hotel just walking around looking for a place to stay. They gave me a great rate much better than what was available on the internet. The room was great and very clean, The bed was fantastic and so comfortable I could sleep here forever. The bathroom was very clean. The room I was in was just remodled... more

i only had a day in Santiago unfortunately, so I tried to find a hotel that was city central and affordable [i find 'cheap hotels' tend to live up to their expectations tooo much in big cities]. it's not much too look at from the outside, but location is perfect. if you're also feeling lazy or jetlagged there's a fast... more

The hotel was in a great location in downtown Santiago. The room was great, extremely clean and had cable tv. I have never seen so many cleaners in my life... only thing is that english is not a strong point in this hotel but you can get by. I really enjoyed my stay here and it was not too expensive.... more

I stayed here 4 nights in March 08. A nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. It's also very central which is good. When i booked in at 2.30am after my flight from Lima they had no record of my booking, not a good start i thought !! But, within 2 mins they had sorted something out and at ALL times... more

We needed a one-night stopover in Santiago and chose this hotel which was reasonably close to the bus terminal yet on the edge of downtown. The hotel is undergoing renovations. We had a 9th floor room but still had some street noise. The room was comfortable and clean. Since our bus left early in the morning we were not able... more
