This was our first trip to Chile and we picked Santiago Park Plaza because of the great reviews it received through Tripadvisor, looked to be in a residential area and not a huge franchise hotel like the Marriot, etc. We were very disappointed. The hotel staff seemed to have an attitude from day 1 and that never changed during our... more

Sometimes there are just not enough words to describe the perfect place to stay! The Santiago Park Plaza Hotel has it all.... Location, Amazing Staff, Clean/Well Kept Rooms, Great Free Breakfast, and too many other amenities to list! One block from the subway (metro) and the main street that runs through the city. The concierge staff, especially Roberto, helped with... more

We arrived at this hotel at three in the morning (having previously advised the hotel of our arrival ttime) to find the doors locked and after fifteem minutes of knocking no response. On looking through the windows we found that the reception staff (all three of them) were sleeping. The room was pleasant and the hotel was in a nice... more

My wife and I stayed for three night and enjoyed the hotel whilst there, the bar and restaraunt downstairs was very good with very friendly staff. They do not seem to have to much tourist information so it would be better to do that research beforehand if required. more

You walk into the main reception to be met by comforting, homely smells. It's beautiful. The rooms are very clean. The housekeeping staff check at the end of every day that you are happy with everything. Breakfast was very poor. I had two evening meals which were very over priced and not good. The buffet lunch is amazing surprisingly. Beautiful... more

We stayed at the Park Plaza Apart Suites, just around the corner from the main hotel. When we checked in, after a very long flight with 3 kids, the host gave a wonderful two bedroom suite. It was huge and felt like a big apartment. There was so much room to move around, kids played on the floor, had their... more

A wonderful boutique hotel. It is situated in the most perfect location, on a quiet side street, two short blocks from restaurants and shopping. Our room was a nice size and super clean. The staff was great and beyond helpful. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. We would recommend it highly and definitely stay there again. GL more

We were very disappointed by this hotel: everything about it was just average. The room was just OK nothing more, the food at breakfast was very poor yet the sandwiches at the snack bar were great, the restaurant food is poor . There is no outside space at all except a basement terrace bar.The pool is on the top floor... more

My wife and I visited Santiago during our Honeymoon and chose the Santiago Park Plaza as our base of operations. The hotel is a classically styled, 120 Room hotel located in the center of Providencia, in very close (1 block away) proximity to Los Leones Metro Stop. This enables easy exploration of the city, just watch your wallet when riding... more

We booked this hotel based on the price and reviews on Trip Advisor and we found it great! We got in at midnight and they were very quick with the check in and we had a very spacious room with a fantastic bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was very good as well as the free drink we got to... more
