Stayed at RC Santiago only for one night. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Inside the building looks a bit old and not well maintained. You would expect more from Ritz Carlton and you actually pay for more. Room 517, good size, both room and toilet. Details fail a lot, it looks that the hotel is running on a too tight budget... More

We stayed one night in the club level. Our room was fine and the lounge amenities were very good. Would have been a wonderful experience except when checking out we were socked with two $24 dollar wi-fi charges (one for the phone, one for the iPad). This was not explained during the log on process. Felt a bit ripped off.... More

This hotel is old and trying to retain its European glamour but didn't do too good a job, my room gave me a dirty feeling with unevenly replace marble slabs and dirty grout. They have small toilets, not elongated ones and may be my hang up, their curtain does not run on overlapping rails, I never like that because there... More

Two of us were going on a repositioning cruise from the west coast of South America through the Panama Canal to Fort Lauderdale. We decided to spend extra nights in Santiago efore boarding the ship in Valparaiso. We wanted an upscale hotel that was fairly centrally located. The Ritz Carlton fit the bill. We booked a transfer from the airport... More

I stayed there twice for a few days each time over a three week period and had a mixed bag in terms of service. The first time I was unable to use my room straight away as it was 0700 and ahead of check in which is understandable although on my return it took an hour to get my bags... More

The Ritz is definitely the finest hotel in Chile and maybe in all of South America. The staff is friendly and helpful and they all speak English well. The facilities are top notch, especially the roof top pool, which is beautiful. Location wise you are right by the metro and a short walk from Isidora Goyenechea where you will find... More

This hotel is getting tired and not up to Ritz-Carlton standards. The service in the hotel is quite low and not worthy of the RC standards. The restaurant service was very poor. The concierge Melany was the bright spot for the property. There are better choices for hotels in nicer areas of the city. More

After a long flight from London I was looking forward to getting to the hotel for some rest. We were checked in fast and off to our rooms in no time. After a rest I hitthe gym and wasn't disappointed. New equipment and free bottled water and towels. The pool is next door and there is a bar by it.... More

I stayed here twice in the week prior to New Year,s Eve, including New Year's Eve, when I took three rooms fort he family. I had submitted a scathing review to RC when they sent their in house satisfaction survey after my stay and heard absolutely nothing back. I now must re-vent, as the pungent taste of abyssmal service has... More

For the price, I had expected an outstanding experience. The room, while nicely decorated, was small. With the exception of the restaurants, the service was good. Clearly, they need a new restaurant manager! We had problems with the service and food repeatedly. the first afternoon,(we flew overnight and slept) we sat in the lounge and had a sandwich. When we... More
