The RC has a perfect location, for business and for pleasure in one the nicest neighberhoods in Santiago. I especially enjoyed the rooms which are large and in perfrect conditions (looks like the hotel opened recently). Service was perfect as is expected in a Ritz Carlton. I travelled with two colleagues who also enjoyed very much the hotel. In comparison... more

Beyond any doubt, this hotel does not deserve to be named a Ritz Carlton. The general appearance of the hotel is one of past grandour - today, however, the hotel is worn and dirt stained in many areas. Bathrobes were worn and torn; towels (once white) have a shade of grey to them. Complained to Management, received a polite appology... more

Another exceptional and cosy Ritz Carlton hotel very well located in the business area of Santiago. The hotel I believe is 7 or 8 years old but the bedroom and bathroom are in perfect "as new" condition. The view over the Andes whilst bathing at the indoor roof level pool is just another “wow" experience. The staff was very friendly... more

Horrible experience! We stayed for one night andf left to the Marriott. Disapointing room and ridiculous service. It should be at least half of the price. more

This hotel is an oasis of calm and exudes quality. You are put in a relaxed state of mind from the start as your luggage is carried through the door as the entrance is opened for you. The reception area continues the theme. It's almost as though a large English Manor house has been transported to Chile. Soft, comfortable furniture.... more

It was my first time in a Ritz-carlton hotel, the room was very good and the staff pretty helpful and friendly. The spa area is the best! The location is awesome! next to the subway and many good restaurants, a must try is the seafood, the best I ever tried!! also the chilean drink "Pisco Sour" and wine. The hotel... more

My wife and I spent four fabulous nights at the Ritz where we enjoyed the "star treatment". We stayed in a regular (deluxe) room that was well appointed with a luxurious king sized bed! The pool, gym and restaurant were wonderful. We used the "bath butler" service and had the wine and oatmeal bath ($40 US) and loved it! The... more

This Ritz is as beautiful as the many others at which we have stayed. The room was nicely appointed and the Bulgari products are always appreciated. Where this Ritz does not measure up is in terms of its service. For all the employees milling around, and there are many of them, the dining room hostesses forgot to return my coat/bags... more
