Stayed for 4 nights recently for business and leisure. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were fabulous. I would recommed this hotel to anyone traveling to Santiago. just a side note -- If you do not speak conversant Spanish and are not willing to engage in a confrontation, do not use city taxis.
