As far as I can tell, you have two main choices in Santiago: the Ritz-Carlton or the "W." My husband and I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton on our last night of a very adventurous trip through Chile and we felt we made the right choice. It is the classic choice of substance over style combined with my poor night vision,... More

I returned to the Ritz Carlton Santiago to find the same lovely hotel that I've experienced several times. The overall feel of the hotel hasn't changed although there is a new restaurant / terrace bar. The service exceeds that in some other Ritz Carlton's that you find stateside. The club lounge offered a nice selection of snacks throughout the day... More

Rooms are a bit jaded. No coffee maker in the rooms or weighing scale in bathrooms. Had to request bathroom slippers. However the front office staff and concierge were outstanding and made up for all shortcomings. Breakfast was ordinary and the tapas place is pretty mediocre.

Spacious and comfortable accommodations with the Ritz-Carlton's exceptional service. The Club Level staff had a photo of my dogs waiting in my suite with gift bags to take home to them! This was so special given that I had been away from them for over two weeks on a South American cruise. Amazing experience. I highly recommend this property.

We recently traveled to Chile and ended the trip with two nights in Santiago. Both were at the Ritz Carlton. Certainly this hotel is not 'unique', in that it felt like pretty much every other Ritz Carlton that I've stayed in. That's just fine, by the way! The staff was very competent, the room was very comfortable, the lobby was... More

We stayed in the Santiago Ritz Carlton on a Seaborne Cruises pre-cruise package, and very much enjoyed the hotel, with it's good location and exceptionally courteous and helpful staff. We enjoyed a Club level room, and found the Club lounge to be an exceptional facility, a bit crowded at peak times but we always were always able to find a... More

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton during January 2015. I found the hotel to be extremely well located and in a very pleasant neighborhood with many good restaurants within a short walk. The staff is outstanding , the rooms are nicely appointed and bright and quiet. Room service is a delightful experience - - - - good food ,delivered in... More

This is a hotel at the top of its game. Gracious staff, superbly comfortable rooms, best concierge in town (Claudio Canales), quiet and in the tony Las Condes business area, but just by a stop on the excellent, safe Santiago metro. It is a pleasure just to walk the streets around here, tree- and bench-lined, lots of decent restaurants, people... More

We stayed at the RItz for two portions of our trip to Chile. Staff and customer service was amazing. Rooms lovely and quiet. Breakfast spread appealed to all appetites. Located in the new financial district, so not close to the hustle and bustle of the old part of the city. But lots of great restaurants nearby to walk to for... More

The Ritz is a lovely hotel in the new El Golf area of wonderful modern architecture, nice pedestrian spaces and lots of restaurants. We stayed at the Ritz on the Club Level floor and received wonderful, helpful and kind attendance. The Club itself is very nicely outfitted with food and computer service. Our room 1207, a Junior Suite, was nicely... More
