This hotel is the best hotel in Santiago I have stayed at. I have been many times and have stayed at every major hotel. The service is spectacular, the rooms are excellent and the food is wonderful. It is important to note that it is attached to the Sheraton Hotel so be careful when making the reservation. more

A very comfortable and spacious city hotel with very efficient staff. Luxurious and roomy bedrooms and bathrooms and lovely views from top floor breakfast area. All requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A short, inexpensive taxi ride from the city centre. I would definately choose this hotel again. more
