A very comfortable and spacious city hotel with very efficient staff. Luxurious and roomy bedrooms and bathrooms and lovely views from top floor breakfast area. All requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A short, inexpensive taxi ride from the city centre. I would definately choose this hotel again. more

This is a very nice 5 star hotel however the location is out of the way. You either need a car or plan to spend a lot of money using the hotel cars to get you to any location. The hotel cars into the center of Santiago run about $12 US a cab (if youcan find one on the street... more

I found this hotel to be dated, it looks like 1984. The W will be a great addition to Santiago. A hotel of this caliber it should have a private gratis car service to take you area restaurants instead they have an expensive car service with cars not much nicer than local taxi’s. The concierge service was mediocre: on two... more

We stayed at Tower San Cristobal for 2 nights in March 2009. Quite simply, one of the best hotels we have tried so far !! The premises, the location, the room, the views, the service, everything was enchanting !! One suggestion: make sure you use this great wake up service: the butler will wake you up and bring you fresh... more

My wife and I stayed at the San Cristobal Tower after travelling through Buenos Aires and then another 8 days in Patagonia....It was a perfect way to end our trip...we walked everywhere in Santiago, had great food and wine in the hotel (El Cid, I think) and at a nearby restaurant , went on a fun wine tour (Unduragga Vineyard... more

I have stayed at Hyatt before however due to the prices, I booked this hotel. What lucky I was, first class service (efficient but discrete). They requested me the chcking time, by time i was there: the pre checking was ready and I just signed an authorization to my credit card. As soon as I get into the room: a... more

We stayed 3 nights at the San Cristobal Tower during a 2 week visit to South America. From the moment our reservation was made, the staff at the hotel made sure that every question or problem was addressed. We made arrangements to be picked up at the Santiago airport by one of there preferred cab drivers, tour suggestions, dinner reservations... more

We stayed here for two days on vacation. Since we were driving around, location was very convenient - it was close to the main highway. We checked in very early, as our flight from NY arrived in the morning, without any problem. The staff was very friendly, who tried to give a personal touch to everything. The room, which they... more

A wonderful hotel with a staff that provide excellent service. We arrived early in the morning; the staff was very accommodating and was able to check us into our rooms. The hotel is centrally located, a short taxi ride to most attractions. more

The hotel is part of the Sheraton-chain, but it is the luxury edition. There were 3 of us and we never felt crowded. The room had nice high quality furnishings and the bathroom was huge. A separate marble standup shower, separate watercloset/bidet, and a tub and doublesinks and still there was plenty of room. There was a bar area with... more
